A beautiful condo. Very close to the beach. Beautiful pool and balcony. Close to restaurants. Clean. No hassle. Clear instructions. Definitely saving this listing for next time.

Great place! Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Condo was quiet and clean. Loved the ability to have a place to cook and do laundry. The money spent on this place suited us much better than a hotel would have. It was also a nice surprise when we got there that the condo was stocked with beach towels, and beach chairs, coolers, etc. Had a few questions for the host while we were there, and he got right back to me super quick. Would highly recommend this place for anyone!

The condo was great—within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo was clean and loved the view from the balcony. There were beach chairs, beach toys, coolers, and beach towels to use as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

Condo was even more beautiful in person. The view was amazing. The building was very quiet and relaxing. I will be returning. 10/10 would recommend!

The condo was exactly as shown on VRBO and the location was a 5 min walk to the Clearwater beach. Access to restaurants and stores minutes away. The condo felt safe and was easy to gain access to the resort and condo. WiFi was great for the kids. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience staying here. The kitchen was stocked the unit was clean. The walkability to everywhere we wanted to go was within 15 minutes. Five stars ⭐️ great contact with owner if we had any questions. Definitely recommend

The property was great. I have no complaints. Clean, stocked for what we needed , I would stay here again. It was a beautiful and very convenient place to stay.. everyone at this condo was very friendly! We love Clearwater and will be back!

Very clean and high-end property. Great location close to restaurants, shops, and beaches. Saw dolphins and manatee from the large outdoor terrace. Jack was very helpful and kept in touch.

Large and very nice property with comfortable beds and seating. We usually stay gulf front but needed a larger property and this condo was perfect. The balcony overlooking the intercoastal was a highlight. So much wildlife to enjoy and several tour boats came into the canal. We saw more dolphin behaviors from the balcony of this unit than we did on the dolphin tour. The host was responsive and timely when we needed info and the kitchen has most anything you could need.

Immaculate, clean and a gorgeous view. Felt very family friendly with plenty of towels, accessories such as dishes and toiletries. Only suggestion would be to invest in a few comfy bed pillows. A+++

Great location owner great when we had problem using the accessing code to garage. Very comfortable. Would love to have had closets in two of the bedrooms, no place to hang clothes. Same for bathroom.....nothing to hang towels on.

There were some minor issues that we let the owner know of. Not anything the public should know. Overall exceptional place you dont need a rental car at this location many very good restaurants to walk to the beach is across the street, only 30min to airport.

3 adults and 2 teenagers, 18 and 14. We appreciated 2 twin beds so each teenager could have their own bed. View on balcony so enjoyable - saw dolphins! Easy walk to beautiful beach. Unit was well equipped - clean and very comfortable. I would happily stay again.

I enjoyed my stay here. Easy to get around. I walked to most of my place to eat. The beach is easy to get to. I felt very safe here. The condo was very clean and I felt right at home.

The condo was well kept and very comfortable with plenty of room for 6 people. The furnishings were of great quality.
We had only one problem in the seven nights we stayed there and it was when the air conditioning quit in the the middle of the night. I called and texted the owner of the property, per the instructions that were sent to us,at around 10;00 am and he returned my call within 15 minutes. I told what happened and he said he would take care of it right away. He was true to his word because he called me within 10 minutes and gave me a time when the repairman would be there and added we didn’t need to wait there. When we returned in the afternoon the A/C had been repaired the rest of our vacation was perfect.

Large balcony with gorgeous views of the bay! The condo was larger than we expected and comfortably slept our family. The location is ideal…short walk to beaches and restaurants with a trolly stop just outside the building. Jack is a great host…quickly responds to messages and communicates to ensure your stay is enjoyable. The condo is well-equipped with all amenities you may need and the kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. I would highly recommend this property!

What a nice relaxing place to stay. We loved it. Spent time on the deck, we saw dolphins swim by and fish jumping. Clean and quiet. Just what we wanted.

This was a wonderful property- location is great. Easy to check in and check out. Cooked a thanksgiving meal for family of 6 and had plenty of dishes, kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Definitely will be going back!! Thank you.

The condo is super nice and conveniently located. Very well-appointed! We spent very little time there and the majority of our time was spent on the balcony admiring the amazing view! We even sat and watched dolphins play for over an hour one morning!
