Great place and great location. Could easily walk to back to see sunrise/sunset, turtles, Monk seals. Excellent restaurant/bar with awesome happy hour pricing and pickle ball courts also just a couple minutes walk.

Well-maintained 2nd floor condo with dual balconies. Convenient location for day trips to both sides of the island. Walking distance to multiple beaches (Poipu, Brennecke, Shipwreck). Enough space for our family of 10. Well-appointed with air conditioning, washer, dryer, dishwasher, sizable dining table and sectional, comfortable beds and pillows, even a high chair and pack ‘n play for young children. Well-stocked with thick bath towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and detergent. The balcony closet provides a wagon, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, floaties, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, and sports gear. Seamless check-in and check-out processes. The host Jennifer is highly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The street noise and small hot water heater posed only minor inconveniences. We enjoyed staying here and would love to come back and stay here again.

The conditions of the property met or exceeded our expectations based upon the listing. The only factor we would consider before renting this again or recommending it would be the fact it is located adjacent to a busy street/intersection. It was quiet at night but noisy otherwise.

Our group (8 adults) enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again. Very clean and plenty of space for us. Loved being able to walk to the beach and several bars/restaurants. Plenty to do in the area also.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this location in Kauai. The condo is beautiful and located in the perfect spot close to the beach. Communication and quick responses were flawless and very much appreciated. Would love to make a return visit!

Aloha, Being first time VRBO customers, we were very careful not to get our expectations too high. We were so surprised how easy it was to book this property. When we arrived, the eight of us were blown away by how nice this property is. We loved all the plumeria trees growing outside our windows, and all of the amenities were just as detailed and more! It really made for a very special and memorable vacation. We were so fortunate that we decided to try Kauai and VRBO this year and there's already talk about returning by the family! Many thanks to Jennifer for answering all my questions and being so kind to work with. She really gave us the Aloha experience and I will recommend her property to our friends! Loved our stay here (4 adults, one teenager, and one child). Super clean and very comfortable. Loved that it had ac since it was very hot and muggy outside during the day. And it was super close to all that we wanted to do (e.g., ATV, kayak, Waimea Canyon, snorkeling, etc.). Plenty of good places to eat nearby as well. If I am ever lucky enough to get back to Hawaii, I will hope to stay here again. ps. The big plumeria trees in front will make you know that you are in Hawaii. I liked having coffee out on the lanai in the morning.

We loved our stay in Poipu Beach, and was in an excellent location to get everywhere we needed to go. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of room for our entire family. Beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear were great. Easy to walk to the beach and quick drive to Costco and Safeway for anything else we needed. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Kauai!

The place was clean, beds were comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 7. Location was so convenient to the beach and they provided all kinds of fun beach equipment. Towels, chairs, wagon, umbrella, snorkel gear and boogie boards. Our kids had so much fun. If we are lucky enough to come back we would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were excellent. The condo was well equipped and comfortable.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation on Kauai! We had enough space for all to sleep comfortably. The bedrooms were roomy and there was even extra bedding and linen for additional sleeping needs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything from plates and cooking utensils to leaning supplies. The utility closet of beach gear was great! The location of the property was perfect. We walked to Shipwreck beach and Poipu Beach with small children with no issue. There is a small grocery near by and plenty of restaurants. We will definitely be back to Kauai and would not hesitate to rent this unit again. Jennifer was easy to communicate with, always quick to respond!

This condo is perfect for a family vacation. Everything we needed was already provided. Plenty of space and really nice to have air conditioning. Just be aware that one of the upstairs bedrooms is loft style so there is no privacy. Overall a great place to stay and wonderful location.

The location of this condo was perfect. We were within walking distance to shipwrecked beach, breeches beach, and Poipu beach. There was also many close shops nearby. Jennifer was great host and provided great information about the condo and the area. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next Kauai vacation.

Omg! Our staycation was nothing less than amazing!!! We love the south shore of Kaua’i! The condo was beautiful and spacious. And oh so convenient. Jennifer is the sweetest:) definitely staying here again in the near future.

The property was bigger than I expected and nicely furnished from cooking utensils to beach chairs. Jeniffer's home had everything we needed. Jeniffer was very responsive, answering any questions we had during our stay. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Jennifer was very responsive and easy to work with. Our flight arrived much earlier than check-in time and she went out of her way to prep the accomodations to allow us to use it earlier than expected. We had so much fun in Poipu made special by the comfortable accommodations that the condo provided. It had everything we needed for prepping food to needed beach towels and toys/floaters for the grandkids. Condo was clean and beds very welcoming. There were ample starter paper products (toilet paper, tissues, paper towels) and clothes detergent, all needed items for our multi-generational family. So nice to have swimming pools to choose from and beaches to walk too. Overall a memorable experience for all.
