The property was easily accessible to the places we needed. Our stay was comfortable. We did deep clean when we arrived but the place was clean it’s not like it was horrible. The outdoor area could’ve been better. We spent a lot of time shopping and exploring Kissimmee but when we returned we were comfortable. I love that we had a laundry room with working units. Lee was very pleasant. I would return.

Our stay at the villa was everything we expected. It was exactly like the photos. It was a home away from home experience. It was very easy to reserve the villa and everyrhing from check in to check out was simple and quick. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. I am giving this villa a 5 star.

Had a great stay. Plenty of rooms to have your own space and also many large common areas to be with the whole family.
Pool and spa were nice and warm. Convenient to local attractions if that’s what you’re into. Local gated community is quiet but also has a great place for kids at the water park/community pool.
2nd time staying at this house. Nicely priced and will repeat.

The property was great! Lee the homeowner was so helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. The house is in a great resort and we really enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay here again.

Lots of activities at the clubhouse. People where nice and welcoming. Pool closed at 10pm. Fun water slide.

The place was exactly like pictured. The only thins I wanted to mention cleaning fee was not mentioned on the initial listing. Make sure to ask about before booking. All in all very good experience for us.

This place was the perfect house for our group. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Communication with the host was good. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Even helped me quickly when had an unexpected guest come to join us and got her on the list.

Absolutely perfect location. Very close to community pool and park. Enjoyed movie nights and events. Lee is so great to work with. So close to all the parks. Walmart right up the street but they were super busy. Already planning our next trip. The only negative is first floor didn't have a master with bathroom. There is just one bathroom on main floor. Not handicapped accessible with downstairs shower. Also the pots and pans could use an update and adding a crockpot would be a bonus. We loved the house, location and communication!! Thank you!

Great place, great owner who helped us get a few extra towels and extras that we needed within hours and no extra charges. Sometimes the community "pool police" can ruin or try to ruin your day but great place to stay.

It was great we had plenty of space. Everything was perfect and close to Disney and shopping. I highly recommend staying here I plan on going back.

Came right after hurricane but no damage..was incontact with lee... House was great...only problemwas washer but it was replaced while we were there. Will rent again

Property was more than what a listing could describe. Our extended family of 14 had plenty of room to enjoy meals in the modern kitchen and adjoining dining area. Bedrooms worked great and the 4 bathrooms left no one standing in line.
The screened in heated pool and hot tub area ..... GREAT!

We loved staying at this house. House was clean and comfortable. Lee was a pleasure to deal with. Any small issues we had were dealt with very quickly. We will definitely stay here agin!

The problem was parking issue. You have home for 12 guest some flying some driving but the property only want 3 car no sane. then everyone can travel to parks or attractions within there budget. I was stress cannot have guest at all so family the live there cannot see me and we cannot go to them in 3 cars. I feel you should sell extra parking in over flow. I spend the whole week in stress. also the houses had roach on last day please spray as baby was there to visit.

The house was very spacious. There were insect catchers in every corner of the house, which indicated an insect problems. We saw and killed roaches during our stay. The couches are worn out; the baseboards were dirty;the pantry was also nasty. I guess it's okay to some, but I couldn't relax because of the roaches. I'm not used to them, and I did not want to take any home. I called the property manager, and he said roaches were common in Florida. I have pictures if anyone wants to see them.

The house was great, plenty of room and very spacious! Loved the private pool! We had a great time! The pool was not cleaned out very well and didn’t have the pool cleaning net, but hot tub was wonderful! It was very noisy at night with everyone around us playing loud music cussing and hollering! Traffic was really bad with it being located near Walmart and it being the 4th of July week! I would stay there again all and all! This is only some things that will happen every where you visit

We had a problem with the garbage disposal and the pool/hot tub not heating. I called the owner and he had maintenance out the next morning and everything was fixed to satisfaction. I would stay there again!

Nice house with lots of room work for our family. The pool at the house was nice but the community pool was great. A couple of slides for the kids and a nice large pool for us to hang out. Good proximity to Disney and Univerisal. Great time.

The property is true to the pictures and extremely clean. It is located in a beautiful resort that is close to Disney and many restaurants. We especially loved having our own pool for relaxing!! The owner is easy to work with and gives prompt responses to any questions. You won't be disappointed if you book this villa!!
