The house is as advertised. Neat. Clean. Small. The location was great. Close to beach. I’d love to see a grab bar in the shower for safety. We totally enjoyed our week. Thanks to a great host Jennifer!

This cottage is just as adorable as it looks in the pictures. It was clean, well stocked, and perfect for our little vacation. It is pretty small, so while it was perfect for 2 people and 2 pups, I think it might be tricky having many more than that. The box spring and mattress are a little too small for the bed frame in the main bedroom, so just be careful not to whack an ankle on it. But other than that we have a lovely stay!

A beach oasis. We had other family members staying right at the beach. It was easy access, the week was phenomenal and we would come back again anytime.

House is very nice - well furnished and stocked with kitchen items and all kinds of items to use at the beach.

Loved the darling beach decor in this well kept home. It was a wonderful home away from home & had everything we needed. Enjoyed the beach at end of street, & super deck w large dining set & grill. Comfy bed, quiet setting and nice having laundry. Nicely kept property and house was a pleasure to return home to at night.

My husband and I were very satisfied at this home for 10 nights during our Plymouth stay. Upon arrival we found everything clean and tidy. A nice empty refrig was appreciated. The living space was open concept and the bed we used was very comfortable. The bathroom sink was small but did not cause any problems. The washer/dryer was in the basement that you entered from the outside which seemed odd but was perfectly fine and we only used once during our stay. I would recommend this home and consider it again for the future.

We stayed here for a month and it was perfect. Everything we needed was there, including a washer and dryer! The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, we didn’t use the other beds. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this little cottage near the Cape Cod Bay.

This small cozy cottage made us feel at home with a large couch and a great deck. The wine glasses were a fun touch as well. Since it was all on one level it adapted well to handle my 95 year old mother as we were celebrating her birthday.

Very enjoyable stay. Short walk to a pleasant not so crowded beach. Lots of activities to do in America Home Town Plymouth MA. For a meal I would recommend the East Grill and the Lobster Hut. Really enjoyed the week.

A gem of a property. Exactly as described with some extras that weren't expected. Property perfect inside and out. Nice outside deck and even a place to sit around a small fire pit. Lots of privacy. Quiet neighborhood. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. Great communication. Very responsive to comments, concerns, or questions. Nearby beach an easy walk and very private and never felt crowded. Lots of nearby food and drink. Minutes from downtown Plymouth. My wife and I were alone most of the week but we did have visitors use the single bed and the trundle bed. Trundle part is at floor level so better for younger more nimble person. We never used the queen sleeper but the sofa itself was large and very comfortable. Lots DVDs for all tastes. Box of family games available. Kitchen was easy to use. Nice Keurig single cup coffee maker. Shower worked great. Local menus, maps, etc... Overall couldn't have asked for more. We highly recommend this property.

What a wonderful vacation rental! The house was amazing! It is decorated impeccably to give that true New England beach feel... Jennifer has truly thought of everything to make your stay perfect! Even the back yard was decorated for great evenings around the fire pit! The best part was the private beach right up the road. This house is truly a gem... so convenient to all that Plymouth, Boston and the Cape have to offer. Jennifer is a most gracious hostess... we will be back!!

I stayed here for six weeks during the off season while I was working in town. It was perfect for my purpose. If you are a family of four or less you will be fine. Quaint backyard and deck and a short walk to the beach. I like the fact that there are laundry facilities in the basement. I did not have to go to a public laundry, and that is fantastic! You have everything you need at this house. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely try to stay at this house again. The owner was great to work with and I have no reservations recommending this house.
