It was a lovely apartment and we had a comfortable stay. We were very grateful to be able to store our luggage upon early morning arrival- we were very thankful for that. And the person who walked us to the apartment to drop our bags off was very nice and she was available via whatsapp for random questions during our time. We were promised the apartment an hour after the check in time indicated on the sheet (17:00 not 16:00). Ok. However, when we did get the apartment, we would have benefitted from an orientation/tour to the property. We understand people may be busy, so at the very least the apartment could have used a one page instruction sheet to help us understand 1) how to properly control the air conditioners (the temperature was hard to regulate), 2) wifi password- had to figure that out ourselves by searching for the modem, 3) the showers (there's a light switch that regulates the boiler, and you have to turn it off to get a warm shower- which seemed counter intuitive, and 4) the coffee situation- there were not enough pods left and we didn't know where to buy the ones that fit (learning that they couldn't be found in town) and we were given ones that didn't fit, and 5) check out instructions- where to leave key, dishwasher expectations, etc. So all in all a good stay but with a little more instructions re: the property could be helpful.

This is a perfectly located four level house in the heart of old town Rovinj. Loved the location. The property is very well maintained and comfortable. I would recommend for two adults or family of four. Great choice.

Bringing luggage into Rovinj is difficult. Once we got settled everything was perfect. Loved the central location. Loved the layout but know it is 4 levels. Basically 1 room on each level. That being said, the house had everything we needed. We cooked one evening and had plenty of utensils forthe 4 of us. One additional large frying pan would be helpful. Would recommend

We are a family of five, three kids 14, 12 and 9. The apartment was newly renovated and is very modern. It spans over four floors so if you have trouble with stairs this might not be for you. We on the other hand, really liked it. It’s situated in the centre of old Rovinj, close to everything. The ocean is a couple of minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay here.
