We stayed hear for our trip to the masters and it was a wonderful getaway! Rick was quick to show us around and the dock and hot tub were a big hit with our group! Definitely would stay here again!

If you are looking for the perfect lakehouse for a family, this is it! This house had exactly what we needed and then some. The hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need for a vacation rental and have been super thoughtful about making your experience relaxing and fun.

We were at this beautiful home for our son's high school fishing tournament. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The owners were very attentive and nice and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed the dock for fishing and the chair swings were nice. We were able to have our trailered boat so that we could charge it during the night. We will definitely rent this place again.

It was a very relaxing, comfortable house to stay in with all the amenities promised except a couple of things which were no big deal. We had a great time and would love to come back and we’ll come back.

The Blue House had most anything needed for your stay. The closest grocery store is about 20 miles (not bad) but the host called when they were going for themselves to see if we needed anything - thats great service!

My two daughters and I had an incredible time! Next time we will stay longer - there is so much to do there! The lake is beautiful and comes a John boat, paddle boat, kayaks, and amazing dock with swings. And there’s so much at the house - hot tub, sauna, pool table and ping pong. You will never be bored! And the hosts are wonderful as well - super nice and accessible.

Wonderful home! There were activities for all ages to enjoy. Easy access to lake, very comfortable and great hang out for our family!

This house is great because it accommodated my mom that has some mobility issues, while also entertaining two teenage sons. Having the golf cart to get back and forth to the water was a big selling point for Mom, but the walk isn’t bad for those that are more sure footed. The weather was not cooperative during our visit at all. Who expects a cold snap in GA over Memorial Day weekend? The hot tub, ping pong and pool tables were a lifesaver! The weather was forecast to make a drastic turn around the day we were scheduled to check out. Rick & Cindy graciously allowed us to extend our stay and truly went out of their way to accommodate us. We were so thankful to have a sun soaked day on the pontoon boat. We would definitely stay in this house again and happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

I cannot say enough about Rick and Cindy and their home. It is very clear they take pride in their home and value each guest. Everything, and I mean everything, was just as described. I honestly cannot think of one thing we needed that wasn’t there! Our only regret is not having more time to just enjoy the entire place! It is close to the quaint little town of Lincolnton but far enough away to be completely peaceful! We will be staying again soon!

Felt like we were staying at our own lake house. The house offered space and activities for everyone! I do mean everyone from my 80+ parent to our 25 year olds. Setup for entertaining and relaxing, the back porch quickly became our favorite gathering spot. We stayed here while attending an event in Augusta. the drive to Augusta was easy, nice to stay outside Augusta and relax at the lake. Highly recommend. We will be back

We were very happy with the Blue Lake House 2. It was beautiful and a very relaxing home to come to after spending the day on the water and in the boat. It was well stocked with anything anyone would need. Thank y’all Cindy and Rick for the use of your lovely home.

My family and I are in love with the Blue House. The back patio was a great place to gather, watch TV, relax in hot tub and watch the kids play. The best host you could ask for. We will be back!

This was, by far, our best VRBO rental! The owners didn’t scrimp on anything! From response time to supplying lots of items that make your trip more enjoyable…they are the best! Thanks, Rick and Cindy for an awesome stay! Their beautiful blue house was immaculate and filled with all the amenities one would want or need! The pictures don’t do it justice! We will be back!

The house is drop dead gorgeous with tons of amenities and great hosts. From the dock, to the golf cart, to the hot tub, to the sauna, great showers, sparkeling clean, etc. The thing to know is there aren't stores or restaurants close. The grocery store is 15 miles away, closest 'good' convenience store with bait and sundries is 5 miles away. So bring some food with you!

The Lake House Our stay was amazing! The pics of this location do not do it justice for what it really looks like, need to update pics! We had a group of 6 (3 adults, 3 teenagers) we had more then enough room for everyone to have space. Cindy and Rick take a lot of pride in keeping there home very clean and up to date. They met us upon arrival and did a walk through of the home and dock area with us, this was very appreciated. We could ask any questions right away. Let me start with the bathrooms, all of them very roomy and set up nicely. Well stocked with towels and they even had beach towels available for us to use. The paper supplies also very stocked (brought our Ah the kitchen and common area ~ WOW the kitchen was stocked full of everything you could think of. Rick told us they are kitchen gadget people, that is an understatement!! They also have a stocked spice cabinet, also the random essentials you don’t think about when meal planning ~ flour for making gravy ect... the local grocery store is not to far away maybe 15-20 mins but prices are a bit high. We did make a trip to the Walmart (45 mins away). Plenty of seating for us to all sit down and have a meal together either inside or outside. The gas grill was very nice to have as well with the outside seating areas. We had most of our meals out there! Hot tub was added bonus! The back yard is very level and grassy, made it nice for yard games. Dock area and boat ~ We also rented the boat from them as well! I will say after boat shopping for a rental his boat is the absolute best price for a week rental~ The boat was clean and full of gas for us when we arrived. The lake is very quite, not many others out there. So if your nervous about being a beginner boat driver, no worries here! The dock area was amazing! The hanging chairs in the pics are fun and comfortable, a little tricky to get in and out. Paddle boat and John boat there for us to use also. The pool table room was a nice hangout area with a bathroom and a mini fridge so there was no need to go up and down the stairs! Overall I have to say this is one of the best places we have rented. My sister and I have been doing a sisters / cousins vacation for 15 years now and I have to say this location was at the top of our list .Thankyou Rick and Cindy for sharing your home with us . We had two families in our group - a total of 4 adults and 4 kids (all preteen to teen age range). We all had a fantastic time at this lake house. This is our 8th year renting lake houses in GA and I can say the owners at this house were the most attentive we’ve ever had. They responded to inquiries quickly and communicated well with us. The home was clean, stocked & in order, and there were plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy - the hot tub, swimming & fishing in the lake, paddle boat & john boat, ping pong, nightly bonfires, checking out the deer in the woods, and taking golf cart rides in the neighborhood (we also brought our own golf cart). The house was around 35 minutes from a nice antique shop (Aunt Tiques & Uncle Junks), from Publix and a quick drive to Dollar General. This home made for a wonderful and relaxing week-long vacation. The only downside was you can’t actually see the lake from the house, but it is a very short golf cart ride through the woods (often times seeing deer, squirrels, rabbits and various birds on the trip).

From the location to the lovely owners, everything about our week was wonderful. Thanks again for a fantastic week.

We really enjoyed the place. Host were very helpful and friendly. Beautiful place to stay, only thing missing is a lakeside view, however dock is close by and a golf cart was available. We were fascinated by seeing the deer on the path to the dock.

Perfect host and property, set up with many activities for all ages to enjoy. We plan to be back for another family vacation.

The trip started with Rick meeting us at the property and giving us the lay of the land which was much appreciated. Rick and Cindy take great care of the property and have everything available for guests to use. The golf cart was great to have to haul things back and forth to the dock. The back porch is amazing, and the hot tub set at the perfect summer temperature. We appreciated the opportunity to stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful property with something to offer every age. Rick and Cindy have thought of everything, providing amenities far beyond my expectations. They try to be very accommodating with guests' requests and quickly respond to address any questions or concerns one may have. They are easily accessible if needed, as they own additional property across the road. I would absolutely recommend this property and hope to visit again.

The property is absolutely beautiful! The layout is excellent for families looking for a home where they can enjoy each other’s company sitting out on the back porch or playing one of the many games at the house. The house includes several amenities including a well planned and equipped kitchen. The walkway to the lake is just past the great fire pit. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

We enjoyed staying at the Blue Lake House so much. Rick and Cindy were wonderful hosts, so kind and welcoming and eager to answer any needs / questions we had. Rick and Cindy were the absolute best hosts! They were so accommodating and happy to show us around when we arrived. They went far beyond any other VRBO property I have ever booked. The house was stocked with so many extra amenities we didn't have time to take advantage of all there was to offer! The kitchen had everything you can imagine. the beds were comfortable. the house and yard were very well kept and clean. I cannot say enough great things!

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The house and property are stunning. My wife and kids had so much fun cruising in the golf carts through the woods and the neighborhood. Both the hot tub and sauna were big hits. This property has everything, more than anyone could ask for. Rick was super helpful and gave us a great walkthrough the first day. Wonderful lake house. Very nice place. Very clean. Very comfortable with TONS of amenities! Hosts were nice folks who were always quick to respond and always went out of their way to make sure our stay was great.

Perfect vacation for our “early Thanksgiving” So many fun things to do at the house. We used the golf carts, fished and sat I. Swings on the pier, played pool, corn hole, sat in the hot tub, etc. house was spotless & beautiful. Rick, the host became our friend. Couldn’t ask for more.
