The property was true to its description, very clean, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The carts and the elevator made it easy to move in. We enjoyed the pool and sitting on the balcony to watch the moon risings. The southeastern angle of the view was perfect. I wish the TV had an antenna so that we could screen in the local stations, like I do at home. But we managed with our computer. Overall, it was a great condo and deserved a 5 rating in every respect.

The location was wonderful. Our room was very cozy with a view of the beach. We would have preferred cable TV in the condo rather than the streaming programs. We enjoyed our time.

Could be nice to have some oil,spices, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and extra toilet tissues.

Booking process was very easy and efficient. Our hosts were great. Very friendly and accommodating. Condo was perfect for our getaway. The resort had a very clean look outside, very secure and well maintained. They are completely upgrading the resort and doing a beautiful job. The brand new boardwalk to access the beach is beautiful and so easy to get to the beach. We will definitely be returning for a future stay. 5 stars!

Let me begin by saying Patty and Harry are wonderful (the property managers.) However, out of their control was the condo association had the exterior of the building under construction with jackhammer’s starting at 7:30AM in the morning. This construction was supposed to be completed by the 12th Our stay was from the 17th through the 22nd Patty and Harry took care of us and placed us in another condo🙏

We wound up staying at Sea Place due to construction at this property. Property was clean and as shown online. The only thing that would have been beneficial is blackout curtains in the primary bedroom and living areas so the sun wasn’t shining in at 6:30 a.m. All amenities were nice and as advertised.

Other than the Construction going on during our stay, it was so quiet and peaceful and we will definitely be back.

Everything was as exactly as listed . Beautiful condo close to the beach . The condo has a washer and dryer for laundry which is great except there was mold along the Inside of the washer .

Great place to relax and feel at home. Soft white powdery sand, great waves, uncrowded beach. Restaurants and groceries very close by. Clean and comfortable condo.

The pictures of this property don’t to it Justice! The rooms were both very spacious and the views of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom were stunning. It has all the kitchen cookware and eating utensils needed. Definitely recommend the property for families.

We stayed at the Anastasia Condos on St. Augustine Beach. The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the balcony was very nice and easy access directly to the beach. Patty and Harry were there to answer any questions about our stay and there was a gift waiting for us upon arrival. Thank you Patty and Harry. We will be back soon.

We spent most of our time in St. Augustine, but loved the beach view and the morning walks on the beach. The condo has everything you need!

Great condo with great beach access. Location is perfect for great beach and water views, sunrises, sunsets and space launches. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The beds slept comfortably. There are.beach chairs, umbrellas and water toys to use. The only thing we lacked was a can opener which we managed without. We will be back!!!

Perfect size. Short walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully furnished. There were plenty of towels. Games and beach accessories included.

We totally recommend this condo - it is bright and spacious, clean and well maintained. The view was wonderful and the balcony was big enough for 4 adults to dine comfortably! We had everything we needed for a wonderful 3 day break and would most definitely consider coming back!!!

We decided to book this property last minute to take our daughter to the beach. The view was fantastic and the property was exactly what we expected. Great place with easy beach access and close to everything you want to do in St. Augustine.

Prior to our arrival to the condo, I had asked the owner/manager if we could get an earlier check-in. She had told me that I could text or call her around noon on the day we were to check in and see if the condo has been cleaned yet. I tried numerous times to contact her at noon but never heard back from her. Therefore, we did what we were supposed to do and arrived at the condo at 3 PM. By the time we got all of our luggage out and up to the condo door, it was approximately 3:20. The code we were given to get into the condo did not work. We tried numerous times but could not open the door. I called the manager and she said that she was going to get in touch with the cleaning people to make sure they weren’t still inside. She said that sometimes when the cleaning people were there they would use the deadlock and they could possibly still be inside. I waited over 30 minutes for her to call back and never heard from her. At the 40 minute mark I contacted Harry Who was listed as the other contact. He answered the phone right away and sounded very upset that we were still standing there after 40 minutes. The feels like temperature was 102° so it was extremely warm out. He said he would get in contact with Patty and get back to me. He called me back just a few minutes later and asked if I had heard from her yet. He said he had contacted her left her several voicemails and text messages but she never responded to him either. He then proceeded to tell me another way to get into the condo using the key that was in the lock box. The key worked and after almost an hour of waiting we were finally in the condo. The condo itself was beautiful, clean, and the views were amazing. We did have to get over the fact that we were standing there for so long and we were so disappointed that we never heard back from PATTY. Although we did hear from Harry, and he helped us get into the unit, I still felt that I should have gotten a phone call or message back from PATTY since she was the main contact person and the person that I had first spoken with about the issue. Although we loved the condo itself, this incident really left a bad taste for us. I do want to say again that Harry was extremely responsive and helped us with anything we needed.

Fantastic experience! So close to the beach and such a cozy condo. Well stocked and easy to manage. Loved it, can’t wait for next year!!

We love this beach. Stayed in same building many times years ago and was just as nice as remembered, but this condo had better view being on 6th floor. The area was perfect for our vacation with son and DIL from west coast and extended family nearby. Our pleasant, quiet condo rental provided all amenities needed with scenic ocean views from inside or balcony. If we vacation at Anastasia Beach again, we would want to rent this condo.

Very clean! The owner got back to me quickly anything I had questions! Had every appliance needed! AMAZING view! Big windows with panoramic views on the ocean/beach! We will definitely be back!
