The house was cozy and beds were comfortable. Just a little warm in the rooms. Idk if it had an AC or not. 5 min walking distance to the beach. Close to grocery store.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home in Aptos, CA. The location is perfect, just a short walking distance from the beach, which made it easy for our family to enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery. The house itself was very comfortable and had a nice layout that suited our family's needs well.
One of the highlights was definitely the pool table, which kept the kids entertained and added a fun element to our stay. While some of the house and its contents were a bit outdated, it didn't take away from our overall experience. The charm and comfort of the home more than made up for it.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would recommend this home to other families looking for a relaxing beach getaway. Thank you for a great stay!

We left the heat of the valley behind and enjoyed our time in this lovely home with great access to the beach to the Forest of Nicene Marks- with a great kitchen and a lovely sitting room upstairs and garden outside.

The home itself was great and the location was awesome. Short walk to beach and comfy, spacious home.
We were very disappointed that in the listing on VRBO it said it included umbrellas, chairs and beach toys but there were only chairs. We contacted Vacasa about the issue with a screenshot of where it said it and they were not helpful. We ended up having to buy the items when we could have just brought them if it didn’t say they were provided. There was also only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the house. We also contacted Vacasa about this. They said they would get the local team on it but it never came. The towels folded on the downstairs kids beds were wet and so were many dishes in the cabinets. Honestly if the customer service was better we’d be happy to stay here again.

The good: Great price, great location, comfortable space with many different spaces to relax, walking distance to beach and morning coffee, quiet most of the time and comfortable beds and bedding.
The not so good: The stove smoked, BBQ was dirty, back deck covered in sap, and upstairs shower not sealed properly.

Very comfortable for family of 7 (including 2 kids). Easy walk to beach and close to town for anything we needed. Great location with easy drive to Santa Cruz and Monterey. Easy arrival/departure.

Stay here with a group of 8 adults. Plenty of room for everyone. Very bright and spacious. Backyard was great for sitting outside in the evenings. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Great location, walking distance to beach. We had a great time at Moosehead manor and loved being in Aptos. It’s not fancy but is a classic Santa Cruz style beach house…. We would stay here again.

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved our stay. Place is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Would be a great home to rent or own ha. Only thing I didn’t like was the water pressure in the showers. Other than that, we couldn’t of stayed in a better home. Thank you guys 🤙

House was awesome. It was very spacious with cool features like the gas fireplace that not only looks great but warms up the house quick. There was enough space for two dogs without worrying too much about floors since the bottom is all solid tile. A great walk to the beach- only 5 minutes away. Great internet. Great location. We came for my grandsons graduation. The location was perfect. Our only problem was entering the property. The keypad did not work, we called, were supposed get a call back in 5 minutes but no one called . We finally got someone who could help us get in. After driving 6 hrs. Not good.
