This was a GREAT place to stay. Very updated, quiet (stayed in Sept). The view from the balcony was amazing of the beach! There were lots of extras there for the beach...including umbrella, chairs, etc. The location is great as there are multiple restaurants to walk to. The bus stop and trolley stop are right in front of this complex also. All in all, it was a GREAT stay and would love to go back!

We frequuent this area for the past several years and this has been pur favorite condo by far. Perfect for our teen kids and their active lifestyle. It's close to everything and easy to navigate. We will be back!

The property was very clean and as described.It is a very nice location. Had some issues though. When we arrived we opened the sliding glass door and the handle feel off and never got fixed but i guess it was because it had to be ordered. The guest toilet would not flush called the management company and sent a plumber out the next day, thought it was fixed but was not after we tried to use it. They did replace to whole toilet. Had to share one toilet for 3 days which was uncomfortable for some of our family. After 2 or 3 people took showers we would run out of hot water and a few of us had to take cold showers or wait a while to get warm water. Other then the few issues the condos location was great and the beach was beautiful.

The condo was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean and had everything we could need. Plenty of restaurants that were walking distance. We had an issue with the a/c but maintenance was there within an hour. I'll definitely stay here again.

Maderia beach and aire dam bldg are fantastic unit 201 is beautiful we have rented it multiple times but Vacasa was contacted by us the initial night of check in about a issue we were assured by customer service we were being helped and would be contacted never heard one thing back from them I guess they got their money it's all they care about right now as I am writing this still waiting to hear back from them!!! They are no teeming VR

Enjoyed a 3 night stay in this condo. It was clean and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Loved the sunset view over the Gulf of Mexico from the screened in porch. Would happily return if I'm ever back in the area.

I would of given this place a perfect score, but the pool and shower after the beach, they were being worked on. I specifically sent an email asking if the pool was available the dates we were down there, and was emailed back yes it will be. Hard a fun time and this place was great for me and my family!

Everything about the property was great. Feet from the beach. Check in was a bit of a mess, we got a ton of texts and emails and none of them had the access code to get in the building. So we had to call and get it. We were told early check in might be available so we got to the beach early. We couldn’t check in one minute early.
At check out, the cleaners showed up 5 mins early and seemed shocked we were still there.

This two-bedroom condo is spacious, bright, and comfortable. The beach views are spectacular from large, screened balcony. This is an end unit, so views are even more expansive. The master bedroom, with its own view of the beach and glass door to the balcony, is elegant. The condo impresses from the moment you walk in. The on-line pictures and virtual tour of the condo represent the furnishings accurately, which are tasteful and comfortable. We had a few glitches, but the Vacasa team worked with us to address them.

Near by lots of great food places and beach was never crowded. Quick drive to John’s Pass. Location was quiet and never had any disturbances from the neighbors or next door resorts. We stayed in unit 201 and the parking space was hard to find and difficult to get into. We have a Tahoe and had to do a 3 point turn to get into it. Other than that it was great. Plenty of towels and stocked kitchen. In unit laundry was big plus!

This condo is beautifully updated and comfortable. The bathrooms are modern with a really nice shower, big kitchen with all new appliances, comfortable beds, large tvs, and an amazing screened in porch with a view from the corner unit overlooking the Gulf. Everything you need for an awesome vacation. Arie Dam 201 is a must stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you.

What a great beach front condo. We loved that the balcony was screened in and that we could just walk straight onto the beach from the property. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and John’s Pass is a short drive away. Having chairs and beach toys already at the property was a bonus. Only negatives were the ice maker didn’t make ice, and the elevator wasn’t trustworthy…we got stuck once for over 20 minutes and the elevator company said it’s a reoccurring problem. Even with that issue we would still stay here again!

This unit was exactly as pictured and very well appointed. The hosts have stocked their place with all the necessities and then some. The views from the balcony overlooking the gulf are breathtaking and made watching the sunset convenient. The location is great and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops and John’s Pass is close by too. The residents we met that live her were extremely kind in helpful. We loved our time here and hope to return again.

Also, I really like that it's a corner lo (more windows), has two screened in porches (with metal railings), the master bedroom has an amazing view, and the TVs are HUGE!!
The pool is so nice and warm and the hot tub was phenomenal.
Madiera is one of our favorites and this condo is one of our favorites!
It also has some great beach and pool toys, plus we left some for others to enjoy!

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and all the bells and whistles. Close to great restaurants and breweries. John’s Pass is a stones throw away with a lot to do. Right on the beach with amenities to take to the beach. Definitely a place I want to come and stay again.

We were very happily surprised by this spacious condo. It is walking distance to good restaurants and just a few minutes drive to the John Pass where shopping was fun.

There are no words to explain the view of the sunset from this condo or the view of the beach. It was absolutely amazing. The condo was well prepared for guests, we were worried with the 2 & 3 year old bringing enough things to keep them occupied but the closet was stocked with so many items for pool or beach play. Plenty of spare towels, extra blankets and pillows. Was a wonderful time for all of us! Looking forward to booking again in the future.

Lovely renovation. Excellent views of the gulf. One of the best equipped kitchens I have ever stayed at with VRBO. The screen porch balcony was just perfect, as was the weather. Nice job, Teeming Vacations!

We have stayed in several different units here at arie dam, and this is by far the best one! I know the owner just finished updating the unit, and I must say, they did a great job with all the furnishings. The beds/pillows/sheets were very comfortable, and there were enough towels we didn’t have to wash them everyday! They could have gone the extra mile and redone the cabinets, but I understand you can’t do everything at one time! We really appreciated the comfy furniture. Kitchen was stocked very well. We had a problem with the hall bath shower; it leaked all the time unless you got the handle in that perfect spot. We just mentioned they might want to have someone check on it at sometime. And to our surprise, someone came out the next morning and fixed it! We will definitely be back to Arie Dam, and hopefully stay in this unit again!

This condo was actually more beautiful than the pictures with many recent updates such as the kitchen and living room/dining room. The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing! We would love to come back!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The balcony overlook it the beach is very large with comfortable seating for our whole family. Same experience inside, spacious living room, dining room and master bedroom. Great for spending time when we weren’t on the beach.

Great condo. Very clean. View from living room and main bedroom was the main attraction. Loved that the balcony was screened, no bugs. Wifi didn`t really work well. Connection was spotty at best, but we weren`t here to stay in so it didn`t really bother us. Beautiful place overall.
