The property was exactly as listed and clean. It is a corner unit on the ocean, has a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The balcony is the perfect place to view the sunset. John's Pass is walkable and offers a variety of restaurants and shops. We would stay here again.

We loved the property which had some nice master bathroom remodeling done. They had all kitchen supplies needed that we could prepare a Thanksgiving meal. Beach chairs and cooler in the closet were appreciated!

Wonderful accommodations, beautiful views and very convenient to John Pass restaurants.

We saw dolphins playing in the ocean, lots of people walking the beach, very relaxing, too!

This condo was absolutely stunning; the pictures don’t do it justice. It has been recently updated and has to be both one of the largest units we have stayed in and one of the most beautiful! Super clean, had everything you need for day to day cooking, beach gear etc. Balcony over looks pool and beach. We had an error with the touch less key pad and the management company answered immediately and fixed it within seconds; the communication was wonderful. It’s nice it’s right by the stairs too as the overall Condo elevator is slow. We will be back for sure!

This condo is so clean and cute! It is in the perfect location and walking distance to St Johns Pass. Loved sitting on the balcony taking in the views! There were dolphins every morning the week we were there! Such a cozy little gem! Would stay here again for sure!!

Location, Location was great, walking distance to all you need. The property was well maintained with easy beach access. Easy check-in and out was texted the door code the day we arrived. Heated pool and hot tub were great to have, but they changed the code to pool and beach on Wednesday and no one informed us, but we were able to get the code from others. As everyone else says the elevator is sooo slow. but being on the 2nd floor the stairs were easy enough just right outside the door. As for all the rules at the pool, we decided they were merely suggestions, since we saw the same people everyday bring out towels and then they would leave the pool, kids in the hot tub. Not a big deal we just started doing the same thing ourselves. Condo was well equipped had everything we needed to cook and spend time on the beach. Don't really like their nonrefundable policy when you book a year in advance (and life does happen). With all that said it was a great place to spend 7 days away from Missouri. We will for sure book again at Sea Breeze

We enjoyed the condo and it was very clean and had everything we needed. If I were to stay any longer than 2 days I would have wanted a washer and dryer in the unit. That's my only complaint. Paige

Would go back again! Could use better lighting at night to use the grill at the pool area. Not sure why the pool and hot tub could not stay open until 8pm or so rather than dusk at 5pm.

Condo is right on the beach. Condo was beautiful and clean. Within walking distance (15 minutes) to John's Pass with plenty of places to shop and eat. The people are nice and it is safe for everyone.

Shared this unit with another couple. Building is older, but the location is perfect - great ocean views, on the 2nd floor so no need to wait for the elevator. The beds and sofas are very comfortable, linens are good quality, the kitchen is large and well stocked - although we didn't do any cooking! Lots of great restaurants are a short walk away, Publix is a short drive. We made good use of the beach chairs. Living area floors are laminate so easy to clean up any sand that gets tracked in. Check in and out is easy and convenient. Laundry is available on the 4th floor and machines were always available . The pool area was thoroughly cleaned each morning and water was a good temperature. This was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay as two couples - would also be good for families.

Good area, property close to beach. Not enough shade around the pool. People saving areas with towels and stayed away for hours. Needs to be policed this is the only negative.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Breeze 208. The condo was beautiful and spacious. My kids loved having their own room with large beds and their own TV. The main bedroom and bathroom were large and updated. The condo had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We could walk or drive to Johns Pass to eat, shop, or enjoy some jet ski rentals. Access to the condo was easy and secure. The condo was quiet, although the balcony does overlook the pool, which was always in use, the noise was minimal. If we find ourselves returning to the area, we would definitely rent this condo again.

This condo is beautiful. Perfect location both in relation to the condo's location in the building and in terms of being beachfront as well as located close to many attractions within walking distance. The pool and hot tub are awesome. The view from the condo balcony makes this condo worth every penny. This condo was at the far right end of the condo building which made it quieter, larger than most others, and gave you a breathtaking view without feeling you were on display for those around you when out on the balcony. The master bath is so luxurious but the guest bathroom is amazing as well. Clean, spacious, super comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, every tool or supply you could need in the kitchen, great dishwasher, fridge, and stove, and I could say so much more! Loved the Roku TV in the living room so our teen could log into things like Netflix. Loved the small touches like board games in case of rainy days and the beach chairs and towels left behind for use. Even the laundry basket came in handy! Coin laundry was easily accessible on the 4th floor for us. There is only one elevator in the entire condo complex which can sometimes make things seem a little slow, but you can easily take the stairs up or down if you're really in a rush. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and there was a nice mix of couples, retirees, and families with kids. The beach access was AMAZING-- the beach felt private and wasn't crowded despite it being mid-June. Water was clear, warm, and beautiful. Gorgeous sunsets visible from the beach, the pool area, or your own balcony. The entire complex was quiet which is a change from a lot of other properties we've stayed in. I can't say enough wonderful things about this property. Keyless entry with the touchpad was a nice convenience when it came to checking in and not fretting about keeping up with a door key all week. We stayed a week and could have stayed a month! We will absolutely be back!

Everything went well except, we had a water issue in the guest bathroom. The room was well represented in the details that was provided before reserving this for our family vacation. Everything was within walking distance as far as dinner or any other thing that we was wanting to do. Gorgeous view from the balcony and a beautiful sunset. The kitchen was well equipped and provided us with everything we needed. Very clean and well kept.. Would definitely do this again

We just returned from a fabulous stay at Madeira Beach. The condo (208) was fabulous for the 6 of us. It was very clean and well maintained. This was probably the most comfortable condo that we have ever stayed in. If it were for sale we would have a hard time passing up. The view is amazing and the access to the pool is easy. We stayed at this condo last year and couldn`t wait to get back this year! It is spacious and beautifully decorated. Its second floor location makes it easy to take either the elevator or the stairs. The view of the ocean and sunsets from the balcony are unmatched. One could literally spend their entire vacation on the balcony. The complex has a pool, hot tub, grills, and games, and it is well cared for. Easy walking distance to John`s Pass and all of the fun that it offers. I can`t say enough good things about this condo and I highly recommend it. We`ll be back next year! Thank you, Teeming VR!
