Tracy and robby were amazing and attentive. We had everything we needed and more! The only thing is that a couple beds had what seemed to be hair in the sheets. We did rewash them which was an easy fix. Overall great stay

Final Four trip with a large group of guys and we were so happy to find a house to all stay together. Robby and Tracy’s house was amazing! Plenty of room in the backyard for games and loved the pool/hot tub. Grill and kitchen area were great for cooking big group meals together. Also got some competitive games going on the indoor shuffleboard table! They were very responsive to questions and quickly turned on the hot tub whenever we asked.

This Vacation Home served our family well. Beautiful backyard and pool area. Everything you need to be able to cook at home & BBQ. Owners were prompt with responses. Repair work was tended to quickly. Location was perfect. Close to ball parks, museums, and highway should you wish to venture out. Would recommend.

We had a great stay! House was clean and well stocked and had nice amenities with the pool/hot tub, games, BBQ, etc. The host was very kind and responsive. Just a short drive to downtown Phoenix where our conference was and lots of great restaurants in the immediate surroundings. We would absolutely book again!

Great location to easily get around the greater Phoenix area (15-20 minutes from downtown ballpark, Old Town and airport). Pool was enjoyable in the morning and evening and plenty of restaurants within short drives.

The Midtown Retreat was a very convenient place for my son and I to stay to get a couple of spring training games in while we were in the Phoenix area. The house was very clean and comfortable. The inside shuffle board was fun to play and the pool/hot tub were perfect!
For a local food recommendation, go to Mission Old Town for Latin cuisine. The table side guac is ridiculous!

I was a little skeptical because the property had no reviews when I booked, but I will tell you that the property was exactly as it was described. Great neighborhood. Very responsive to all questions and was very helpful. I would highly recommend the house to anyone looking for a place that is very central to everything in downtown Phoenix. Airport 10 min away great Children's museum 12 min away.
The pool is AWESOME, and the office is set up very well for those work vacations!! Highly recommend the listing!!
