Very well taken care of, peaceful place to stay! Sitting on the back porch was so nice. Bedrooms were comfortable, and communication was great! Loved the water dispenser. Owners came and brought towels and replaced the water bottles, too!

My girlfriends and i celebrated our birthdays at this beautiful property with a hot tub and great views. Secluded from the loud city life. It was excited what we needed. The host was quick to respond to any of our questions and very accomadating. We had an amazing time. We definitely recommend this place. 10/10 . Will be coming again for sure.

This has to be one of the best vrbos we have ever booked! The house was very clean when we came in and they left a cute little sign with snacks! We never saw the hosts but there were very very thoughtful. The galley kitchen area is very small and limited but we were still able to cook a meal for 4 using the microwave, crockpot, and black stone. The back yard was beautiful and we spent a bit of time bird watching and snapping pics as we could. The location of the Vrbo is very convenient as there’s lots of grocery stores, restaurants, and rivers nearby. It was a great weekend away!

Karsten provided us with an excellent place to stay for our Anniversary. The guest house had everything you would need for a quick getaway. The location is great if you are planning to be in San Antonio and New Braunsfels. We highly recommend this location.

This is actually one of the best VRBOS we have stayed in! It had everything we need! The neighborhood is free of traffic, calm neighborhood! This home was very welcoming and so was the host! VERY CLEAN & ORGANIZED!! Next time we come back we will book again!

Definitely enjoyed the stay, but online details were not very clear (I may have overlooked) as I was NOT aware the property was a back house with no full kitchen as i had plans to Cook for my daughter and her friends for their Prom. Other than that everything was great!

Loved our stay here. We just came for a weekend get away and it was perfect. The sauna and hot tub were very nice after a long day. They even provided robes for you. I would recommend this for anyone wanting a relaxing trip.

Under the Oaks is the perfect description for this beautiful property. The entire yard is covered with big old picturesque oak trees with vivid green grass. Sitting on the back porch is a relaxing oasis. The hot tub was therapeutic and just what we needed. San Antonio is only a 20 minute drive or so and the Riverwalk is so lovely at night. The house was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The host even included some drinks and snacks. Host gave us plenty of detailed instructions and answered our messages quickly. Highly recommend!
