There were 16 of our family members in the house from ages 18 months to 69. We were able to get everyone in a room and assigned a bed. They had a great game room in the basement with a pool table and foosball. They also had a nice bar down there. The kitchen was nice and large and very well stocked. We had to watch out that we weren’t using all the hot water at any one time since we had to run the dishwasher, washing machine and the showers every day. Another hot water heater would be really nice! The neighborhood was perfect and we took lots of walks down by the Chesapeake Bay and the kids swam in the surf. So much fun!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is extra large and the kitchen mostly well equipped. It is one block from the water in a lovely neighborhood. There were plenty of things to do in the area. We highly recommend this place!

Spectacular Home! We are locals, but recently rented this home for our overflow wedding guests. It is conveniently located within a mile of Chesapeake Bay Foundation, the wedding venue. This home is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect backdrop for our awesome wedding photographer, Victoria Selman, as the wedding party got ready at the house the day of the wedding. The guys had a great time hanging out in the basement playing ping pong and foosball while the girls were 2 floors away. The master bedroom and bath had plenty of room for the bride and bridesmaids to have hair and makeup done. The upstairs hallway had perfect lighting for bridal portraits. The property manager, Kim, was friendly, gracious, and so easy to work with. Our guests had a great stay! We highly recommend this home to others, especially those hosting weddings at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. We could not have chosen a more perfect house! Our daughter was married less than half a mile away at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation and we hosted our family and out of town friends at this house for the wedding. Everyone loved the house. Each guest room was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of bathrooms for guests and visitors, and again all beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen is fantastic and the theatre and game room were amazing. The master bath is to die for.The house is made for parties and gatherings. The downstairs space flows easily from the kitchen to living room to the deck. There are great seating areas on the first floor that really lend themselves to to mingling or being able to stop and chat with groups of friends and everything is so open.Everyone loved the house and commented throughout the evening how perfect it was.Everything that we needed was in the house or close by.Just a short drive to grocery and liquor store and just about anything else you would need . The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed to prepare meals and so open that we could all be in or nearby to chat during meal prep. It was just a very warm, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, which was just what we were looking for in hosting our family and friends. We had a great time, would definitely come again and would highly recommend this house to others. It made our weekend perfect. Outstanding home. Great for entertaining friends, and family for our daughter`s wedding weekend. The rooms are all wonderfully decorated and comfortable. The basement level with bar, entertainment center and game room just added to the experience and the patio and backyard were very comfortable and relaxing. We had family from Illinois, Texas , and California and to a person all just love it. I highly recommend this home for rental. The owner and agent were wonderful to work with and we had no issues before, during , or after our stay. Only one concern: all rooms are on the second floor so for elderly or handicapped this could be an issue. August 2016.
