More variety in food menu

The Owner as well as the staff working in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. If you have any questions for trips or local tips they will support you very well. The rooms are very comfortable and we immediately extended our stay as we felt welcome. As the hotel is one street beside of an main road it is quite in the night. You are pretty fast at every touristic point from the hotel by tuk tuk or Taxi.

Nothing to complain about, it was a perfect stay

C'est très propre, les chambre sont grande voir très grande pour certaines. Assez calme. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bon! Et c'est ce que je demande. Je ne me rappel plus de la qualité du restaurant, c'est que ce n'était pas mauvais mais ca ne m'a pas laissé un souvenir impérissable hormis le temps d'attente qui était abusé.

Le personnel n'était pas désagréable mais pas agréable non plus (je crois qu'ils étaient un peu gêner car ils ne parlaient pas bien anglais. J'essai de trouver des excuses). Il n'y avait jamais personne. Je devais toujours les chercher quand j'avais besoin d'eux. Et pas très souriant. Contrairement au boss que j'ai vu 3 minutes mais qui lui était souriant, aimable comme on attend du personnel d'un hôtel. Et je n'ai pas apprécié le réceptionniste qui demande un tips au moment de payer alors qu'il n'avait strictement rien fait! Si ce n'est me dire que le repas serai près dans 20 min mais c'était plus d'une heure en fait. Donc vraiment pas de quoi avoir un pourboire.

Honestly, nothing!

The owner and Ravi were really helpful and kind. The furniture is stunning and the bed comfortable. The room itself is smaller than it looks on photos. The owner was quick to respond to my messages if I had any problems. They also helped carry my suitcases for me.

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the toilet paper is so thin I ran out of every day. I would say as the only person staying in this hotel for the majority of the time and as a solo female traveller, I did feel a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was repetitive paratha (pancakes/waffles/fruit salad at other hotels make it more interesting). It’s not a tourist area at all and far out so you need to get tuk tuks and everyone looks at you because of this! But I’m here for work so location for Amer road is good. I also got charged for water bottles which I believe should be a basic and included in my price.

Cleanliness

There can be few hard Beds. It was sponge.

It has good facility. Good air conditioner and nice roof top.

Towel and bed sheet was little bit dirty.
