L’accessibilité ! L’hôtel est facile d’accès, il se situe à proximité de la gare. La literie est confortable.

La propreté… Le sol était sale (ne marcher pas à chaussettes…) et il y avait une sorte de petit milles-pattes dans la salle de bains.

For the price paid, it felt a bit 'effortless'. Missing light bulb in a lamp, half the TV channels not working, TV remote missing battery cover, bath drain knob broken, not the best soundproofing (Kept hearing people open/close doors and/or people above us use the bathroom) no more tissues in the bathroom, etc... A lot of little things which made our experience increasingly disappointing. Our room was also right next to the street on the groundfloor, which gave us a really ugly view of a somewhat busy street, while we could also hear the cars.

Breakfast was good with a lot of choise. Staff was polite.

Cleanless was very poor, mold in the bathroom, dust everywhere, windows without possibility to open for a fresh air, pretty noisy in the hotel.. Terrible value for the money, as we have payed 420eur per night.. It is important that you ask for deduction of total amount for your stay for the amount of preauthorisation, otherwise your preuathorisation amount will be kept minimum 3-4 days if you are lucky.

The room was quite nice and clean, had a fridge, hair dryer and similar necessities.

Location isn't the best. Weird neighbourhood and it's also quite a drag to get to the center and back there.

The area is very lonely during night, so be careful while walking at night. Very basic hotel. No options for restaurants for dinner.

This is great place to stay when in Amsterdam. The reception is exceptionally helpful. We felt they went way out of their way to help us with things. The metro, tram, train and bus station (Sloterdijk) are just a 7-minute walk away. A SPAR supermarket is also available in the vicinity to buy some basic stuff. A very peaceful locality, we can walk around at night without any problem. Breakfast was the standard breakfast you get. Almost everything was available - breads, eggs, cold cut meats, juice, tea (bags), coffee, corn flakes, etc.

Nothing much. But just to put points here: 1) We are a couple and got 2 single beds joined together, instead of 1 big bed.

Very good location and great connection with the airport and the central station! The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable!

The door handle in the bathroom was broken so it could not essentially close/lock. Similarly the window handle was a bit broken and had to be fixed upon our arrival from the stuff. We decided not to open the window since it was very hard to close it afterwards.

It was really amazing! Staff are good,. Cozy environment, amazing ambiance in the night at the lobby. It was worth every penny. It is 5mins walk from Amsterdam Sloterdjk train station which is 10mins train from Amsterdam centrale. So there shldnt be any problem with the location. Just go for it.
