Location was good to the busy Cebu City and transportation. Staff was warm and courteous. Hotel apartment was huge, massive! Liked the top floor view from the roof. Liked that Netflix streaming was available.

Air Con was not on in the lobby, longer wait for check in and check out. They said we used the beer in the mini bar and were going to charge us; we did not use anything from the mini bar. Wish that the sofa bed was a sofa bed as advertised. It was just a sofa.

Location. Just next to Montebello and behind the countrymall. Staffs were so accommodating and friendly.

Huge and spacious for family room. Property is outdated.Washrooms need deep cleaning. Both washroom doors has dirt and toilet bowl needs good scrubbing. Kinda scary feeling when you step on the tub cos i felt not strong enough to hold me(squeaking). The water supply from the shower is poor and it splashes all around/over the tub and goes to the floors- bad design or engineering. The second bedroom AC wasnt cool enough and hard to get it worked out. There was a bad smell by the kitchen area near garage can?

It’s in a secluded area so it wasn’t noisy. Staff were friendly.

We could hear conversations from outside if we left the window open in the shower for ventilation.

The property offers a kitchenette and large bathroom for optional residential living space. They offer distilled water in a large jar instead of bottled waters.

It’s a little out of the way from everything. When we went for evening walks we were the only tourists we seen.

The photos are quite deceiving, actual property is worse than it looks on photos.

Really hard beds. Charge for a blanket. Refused to give extra towels. Garage can smelled bad. Only half employees were pleasant.

One of the best stay here in Cebu City. Right next to Gaisano Country Mall and within reach to very cool places in Cebu. The ambience is really quiet and safe here in Sta. Barbara. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable and clean. The room is huge and has a receiving area complete with sofa and kitchen. Nice view from the roof deck and overall this hotel is a gem in Cebu. I will stay here again whenever in Cebu.

数十年もフィリピン、特にセブを訪れていていろんなホテルを経験しているので日本のようなサービスクオリティを求めるのは全くも思っていない。だとしても今回の経験は非常に不愉快で疲れた。 まず何回もお湯が出なくなった。シャワーの出が非常に悪く、到底無理。。水自体が数時間も出ないと言われそれに備えてたがいきなりキャンセル、その後チェックアウトの日には何の予告もなくいきなり水が出なくなるとの連絡があり約3時間水が出ない、しかも案内された時間よりさらに遅れた。。。にもかかわらず再宿泊しようと思い荷物を預かってくれるかと聞いたところ大丈夫と言われたのでチェックアウト後に預けようとするとあっさり断れた。規定だルールだと。。新人スタッフのミスだからあなたが分かれと。。わざわざ荷物を分けておいたのに時間の無駄でエネルギーの損。 そもそも建物の工事をしていて朝8時からうるさくて全くリラックスできず。それに関して予約時にもチェックイン時にも何の案内もなかった。こんなに書くつもりはなかったがあまりにもひどかったので他の被害者が少しでも減ればいいかなと思い書いた。他にいい宿泊施設はいっぱいあるので。。。

Good location, near Gaisano country mall with food and grocery options.

We paid for extra bed/person, but the bed was brought to the room late at check in night, we had to ask 2x for it. Also no extra glasses, plates, etc. for the extra person, we had to ask staff for it and he was very hesitant in giving us, he told us whatever in the kitchen should be it, but eventually gave us when I insisted that it's not fair because we paid for the extra person. There's no tea towels, and one of the bathrooms flooded whenever we shower, so we didn't use it for showering after the unpleasant experience. Also, the keycards didn't work at all, we have to use 1 manual key for all 5 people, so it's inconvenient when others want to go out and others are already sleeping when we get to the hotel, we have to wake them up just to get in.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were exceptional, they organised transport from cabs to private van for day tours. highly recommend this place.

I like how the staff came to our room and clean. They also had fully equipped cooking utensils . The Wi-Fi connection is fat , convenient!

The noise. You can hear the people from outside . There’s one morning at 6am , our beside room has breakfast party . May partner came their and tell them to minimize their voice . I was sleeping that time and he is worried I’ll awake for their noise , and I was haha . Sometimes , around 11pm or 1or2. I can hear people laughed or talking in the lobby.

The staff was not really making you feel welcome, always felt they were suspicious. We had one guest for a short time and they wanted copy of his ID and always counting persons and following up - in a negative way, rather than just letting us know in a positive way that if he stayed after 10pm they would charge an extra person (we were 6 persons anyway). The place was generally nice, but heavily oversold on the profile on bookin.com so had high expectations. We were a bit disappointed, and had we paid regular price we would have very disappointed. The gym wasn't good. It's a very small space and most things didn't work or was in poor condition. The key cards didn't work so they gave us a regular key - just one per room (in one of the rooms we had 4 persons).

The location and apartment hotel accommodation was convenient for our family to regularly see us. The staff provided excellent customer service.

There are no outdoor garden facilities except the rooftop terrace.
