The location is amazing and the food, casino, rooms and views are amazing, The property is so clean as well.

We wanted to upgrade to a suite which was showing on the website but the front desk would not allow as we booked through booking. I offered to pay more or rebook, but it was a no. The room we go was nice but felt you missed out on money and making us happy. This is our second stay in 4 months and we plan on coming more. Will book through your site from now on. But it appeared sold out when we were looking.

Great location, valet and breakfast are included, and the casino is steps away. The staff are all already great.

The worst part was the mediocre breakfast but I mean it's free so who cares, if they'd the worst part I'd say thats pretty awesome.

Room was large and very clean. Wheelhouse food was delicious and extremely large portions.

There’s nothing to do but gamble… would be nice if there were shops or some other activities when you need a break from gambling.

The rooms were very tidy, spacious, and had a great view of the river. I loved how modern the shower was. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were unsupportive and uncomfortable.

The first floor of the hotel smelled like cigarettes because it was wafting in from the casino. The smell lingered in my hair and clothes simply from walking through to get to the elevators.

The room was clean, plenty of towels, and the bed was comfortable. Great location with restaurants in walking distance. Attached to the casino. Included valet parking and breakfast. All of the employees were nice.

A little pricey when you look at other hotels in the same area.

A little complicated finding where to check in. For an older person the distance might be difficult to navigate.

location and "view" was nice. friendly front desk staff... good for us to attend a Pens game,.. we took a "lyft" to a from PPG Paints Arena just so we could be swiftly take to and from... wed suggest doing same

didnt like the noisy shower drain pan as the shower dripped down on to it... annoying... the smoke alarm strobed lit up the room (as per other reviews) but I just pulled covers over my head... the rhetoric from the cleaning girl in the hallway as we checked-in to our room was unnecessary, "...my back hurts from doing beds all morning..." she had ear buds in didnt know if she was talking to us or talking to someone else on her phone....it was like she was complaining to us to get a bigger tip or to make us feel bad we dont know....we left a tip at checkout...mingled in the casino a bit... no gamblers at all... we parked for free then took elevator up to 4th floor garage to our vehicle from the casino and didnt have to go out in the cold but too load luggage in our vehicle in in the sub-20 degree temps...

The breakfast was good, the room was great & the hospitality was excellent. The valet service was great!!!

The room service stopped @ 8:30 PM so i was a little disappointed in that.

The breakfast was good, and the view from the room's window was good (the Ohio River). The room was clean and nicely decorated. The walk-in shower was great.

We chose to park ourselves to not have to pay for valet parking. The free parking was fine, but to enter the hotel, you have to walk through the casino.

It was so close to the stadium. We had such a good time

Cleanliness was great! Location, staff and breakfast were good as well. The decor in all areas was classy and well put together.

No shuttle service, no coffee pots in the rooms, and the bright blinking light on the ceiling kept us awake. The toilet paper was thin and hard. They told us they do not put coffee pots in room due to Covid. Hundreds of people touching the coffee levers and the buffet in the lobby are ok? Doesn’t make sense. Having to drag your bags through the casino to check in is very inconvenient as well.

Brand new hotel! Really awesome location adjacent to the casino. The valet service with the breakfast and the super comfortable room is this a 5+ for me!
