Good location for airport or base to access London, nearest tube station 1 mile away. comfy beds and well furnished room. kettle but not milk or normal teabags.

a small fridge in room would have been handy

Excellent value for money and exactly what I needed for a brief stay over the night before an early morning flight from Heathrow airport. Checking in and out was also very easy with the instructions I was sent.

I wasn't massively keen on the bathroom being shared, although I arrived and stayed awake long after everyone else who was also staying, so this was a very small issue.

Good value for money, well connected to the airport and very comfy bed.

It feel a bit like having a room in student housing. Someone had run and left a full bath so i wasnt able to shower on the morning before check out.

The room (1) was on the back garden side of the house and as such it was very quiet. A lovely big and comfortable King sized bed. The shared bathroom was clean and had a very lovely shower. The landlady was most hospitable. The wifi worked well. There were ample plugs for charging and a light for reading.

If you are looking for an affordable place to stay close to Heathrow Airport, then Maberic House is fully recommended. It is clean, quite cosy, and the flexible check-in / check-out procedure is great for early or late airport travel itineraries. The place is rather basic, but it is excellent value for money, and you get more than you actually pay for.

The house and room was very clean. Very comfortable pillows and the mattress was quite comfortable. Easy to get to from Terminal 5 by local bus. There are a few places to eat and a convenience store around the corner. There is a kitchen were you might be able to use the microwave oven.

There was a fan in the room. But I found the bedding too hot. Would be good to have thinner summer bedding as there is no Air conditioning. I did not sleep well at all. It was simply too hot. I would have liked a personal small towel for the floor in the shared bathroom or for use to dry face and hands.

Big room with big bed. Easy check in. Clean bathroom. Nice all round.

I liked being able to check in after receiving a message using a key safe.

I parked up the road outside another property.

Accommodation was good and comfortable. Not far from airport.

No sign on property and didn't see any staff.

I think the single mattress seemed soft or lumpy - perhaps due to age.

Location okay. Did not stay as I did not like the atmosphere and attitude of the person who spoke with me.

Everything! Kitchen and microwave said to be available in the ad. Was told I cd not use these and I cd not move around the house but to stay put in my room! Back door left unlocked and I felt unsecured so I left almost immediately. Waiting for my refund as it wasn't used. The host was rather unfriendly in our discussion. Will not recommend and will definitely not be staying again.

I came I did not get to the entrance. Everywhere was locked. Pls I need my money back. I'm not well comfortable at all..poor service
