An isolated villa in a beautiful landscape with a swimming pool, but near to all the places to enjoy the beautiful beaches and sea, to rent a boat/bike/quad, to have fun. The owners are extremely kind and friendly.

Dionysis, what a truly beautiful human being. His whole family are lovely. So caring. Genuine people who will do anything for you. Let me recommend the boat trip private tour with Dionysis friend Nicos. An experience you wont forget! The vegetables from their garden were delicious and everything about this family is so heart warming. The property has a lovely pool and is in such a beautiful setting. The two upstairs bedrooms have an adjoining balcony to sit out on in to watch the sun rise over the pool. There is a large bbq and wonderful sitting area. The exterior photos are exactly what the villa looks like. It is set in a large plot where Dionysis and his mother live further back up the plot. Set with over 100 hundred olive trees, vegetable garden chickens, dogs and cats. All that you would expect on a small holding and self sufficient farm which they kindly share with guests. Beautiful. Just truly lovely people who leave you to enjoy your space and pop by occasionally to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. offering only help and sharing their crops. They do have a 9 rating on Booking. com and this is truly deserved for their hospitality and kindness. I can not recommend more highly this villa because of Dionysis.

I could not with an honest heart take anything away from how lovely the hosts are. As others have said previously, if you are not an early riser, be warned to keep the windows shut as the cockerels start at 5.17 EVERY MORNING! followed closely by a chorus of dogs. This goes on for over an hour. a cacophony of noise which I wasn’t expecting. I put ear plugs in after my rude awakening and that solved the problem and I kept the windows closed. You are warned! When bbq\’ing, you will have visits from lots of cats. ( these are obviously needed to contain vermin on the farm so is to be expected. You will also have visits from Dionysis dogs. which are very cute. The interior of villa is functional but It is not a 5 star. I would 100% return, but with the knowledge that it is not hotel level, premiere inn or travel lodge, more enough to get you by on the interior. Remember to take plug adaptors for your electronics and beach towels. There is definitely a few things that could be upgraded, but for the price that Dionysis charges, I think it is again, the stamp of an honest man. Five star hosts for sure, Five star price, Five star everything except possibly the interior. If you go with this in mind, then you will enjoy this beautiful family as did we. A great place to spend family holiday, good location, close to the airport, beaches, Zakynthos city. Of course you need a car but you will probably need it everywhere on the island if you want to explore the island on your own. Good value for money. Comfortable swimming pool, wonderful garden with fresh fruit. Perfect view. Friendly owners.

A lot of cats. For children - it was wonderful, for adults not very much :) It is not a luxurious villa, the interior is quite small, especially the living room with the kitchen but if you need something more sophisticated you must pay much more.

A fantastic villa in a wonderful setting - the photos online don't do the villa justice. Warm and friendly hosts, who shared vegetables from their allotment and provided advice on things not to miss. Great location to explore the island or just to sit by the pool and relax

It was a lovely stay. The villa and its neighborhood is outstanding, the yard and the garden are well-maintained and there is a huge swimming pool that we really enjoyed. The host Dyonysis lives nearby and he or his mother were available during our whole stay in case we needed any help with anything. Honestly, one of the best holiday villas we've ever been to.

We had a great two weeks in Villa Lola with our family of 7. The swimming pool is more than fantastic. It's big and clean. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Yes they live on the same plot but that's not at all a negative thing because you don't see them if you don't want to: you can't see their house from the villa and they 100% respect your privacy. It felt save that whe could reach them whenever whe wanted. The villa has a modern washing machine and dishwasher which is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. The airconditioning works great. There is a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor, and a bedroom with a smaller double bed and a bedroom with 3 seperate beds on the first floor. The villa has two bathrooms, one with a shower (1st floor) and one with a shower/bath (ground floor). The beds are comfortable and the provided bedding and towels were super clean. The location is good and very central on the island. The villa has an excellent alarm and electronic gate. There also is an outside shower and a barbeque. The owners have two lovely dogs which you can visit at their house if you want to, our kids loved them. The cats near the house are lovely too.

The sunbeds suffice but they can use an upgrade in number, comfort and size.
