Very clean, very well presented and comfortable. Excellent communication from the owner. Lovely welcoming touches like shampoo in bathroom, basic spices in kitchen etc. Wonderful shower! Would stay again :)

Could do with another pillow on each bed. One pillow each isn't really enough. Front door is very difficult to lock from the outside and BBQ wasn't useable unfortunately as covered in ants.

The flat is beautifully decorated, it is also very clean. Parking is for free. The value for money is excellent. Driving into the city centre or other destinations nearby is quick. The staff is very helpful.

The mattress on the bed is uncomfortable and the corners of the bed frame do not need to be covered up… both of us ran into them.

Extremely clean. Quiet neighborhood. Close to all the hot spots and Waterfront. Near a lot of shopping areas. Plenty of towels. The patio with swing was great for morning time relaxing. The shower and closet is huge. Very very clean. It’s like a hotel suite but half the price.

I should have paid more attention to the square footage in the description and not the pictures. The 1 bedroom apartment is actually a studio bedroom. But compared to the $400 a night hotel rooms nearby I would probably pick this place again anyway. If the owner puts some type of plastic table or shelf in shower that would be great; it’s plenty of room just need something to sit your stuff on.

We stayed in the studio and was immediately impressed with the property's clean and professionally done exterior remodel work.This property is a great value and excellent location. With over 30 years experience as a builder and contractor I enjoy a spot like this compared to a Hampton Inn that may have C level trades doing the work. The interior. is cozy and the large walk in shower was a treat. The room was very clean and furnishings well put together for the space. I would definitely stay again when in Tampa Bay.

This is not something I did not like but a suggestion. Add a shelf above the microwave with a decent toaster oven.

Owners need to be aware that the fan on the A/C never turned off. The clothes dryer took many hours to dry towels. These will increase there electric bill.

Nice, small 1 bedroom. Big closet, coffee was included and big fridge with freezer.

There was only one roll of toilet paper and we found one cockroach.

The property we Thought we rented is pictured above, that is Side A ! We were in Side B a Very Different Space. This property misrepresented where we would stay ! plus our dates of stay shown above in the picture are not an honest representation.

Close to where we wanted to go to. Beach, Steinbrenner Stadium, Amalie Arena, The Zoo, the Casino, and to where we had to meet our fishing charter captain. Nice facilities for a fantastic price.

Everything was wonderful! Extremely comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional, all seemed new. The place was decorated perfectly and the mattress was awesome.

This house is amazing!! It has everything you need and more, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, great location and close to everything. The host responded right away to any question or issue. This property is literally a home away from home. Totally recommended.
