Lage

Der Security am Empfang war brutal unfreundlich, wie eigentlich fast jeder dort. Obwohl wir unsere Passnummern vorab mitteilen sollten, damit es schneller geht, standen wir min. 20-25 min dort. Und entweder konnte er sehr schlecht rechnen oder er wollte unser Rückgeld einbehalten (Achtung 1. versteckte Kosten). Im Appartement wurden wir nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer nicht funktioniert. Stattdessen wurden wir nächsten Morgen nach wenigen Stunden Schlaf und ohne Vorankündigung geweckt, weil jemand vor der Tür stand, der die Klimaanlage „kurz prüfen“ wollte, was ca. eine Stunde gedauert hat. Das Zimmer hat leider auch extrem nach Schimmel gestunken. Ungenügend ist auch die Tatsache, dass die Reinigungskosten nicht transparent angegeben sind auf Booking.com, sondern nur, wenn man das pdf druckt, was kaum ein Mensch tut (2. versteckte Kosten). Wir durften außerdem unsere kolumbianischen Freunde nicht ins Appartement holen, was noch ein Minus ist. Wenn ihr doch unbedingt hier buchen wollt, denkt an euer eigenes Shampoo, weil das im Bad nur flüssige Handseife ist.

Beautiful building with beach access. The room was pristine with nice added touches such as a laid out table on the patio. The hanging chair was so relaxing. The staff were courteous and helpful. The pool was very clean and so were the gardens.

Communication was confusing and not the fault of our host. We booked through booking.com. The booking info came through as Morros Vitri California. We went to Morros Vitri and showed the reception our reservation. I had also noticed it said Morros Epic on an email from our host but trusted we were at correct location. The receptionist let us into a vacant room only to realise 1 hour later, that not only we were in the wrong room, we were also in the wrong apartment building! It all got sorted out and we were so happy to have changed room because it’s beautiful!

Pretty beach and pools

The host told us we could check in at 1. Went to the property and she told us no, check in was 3. Then refused to answer me on booking.com. had to leave and go back. When we arrived we were surprised with a CASH ONLY 8000 cop charge per person for a useless wrist band. The closest bank is a 20 minute walk and unsafe. Both showers had no hot water. The bathroom has mold. There's only hand soap in the showers. The ensuite shower dripped water the entire time. The door lock is loose and not safe. The host was rude and didn't follow though with promises..stay far away !

The apartment is very well located in La Boquilla and the host was very attentive to any requests or messages. They accomodated us to stay a bit later on the day of departure. The apartment was clean and

The posting says "Ocean Views" and to be honest there is no ocean view unless you hang off the balcony. I also thought it was unprofessional to be asked if the cleaning lady could come in the next day to get the sheets in the dryer. One recommendation would be to provide guests with fold able beach chairs. It is something easy to provide so then they don't need to buy them.

I love everything about this place and the host Cristina very nice,helpful and very professional the people at from desk very helpful and friendly, we had a great experience at this place I would recommend it to everyone everything was great location,the apartment,the beach , the pool we love it… and we will definitely stay here next time.

The gym

The apartment was really nice, the location is perfect if you want go to the beach and get tanned.

The staff at the property has many rule, pool time, music and other restriction.
