You should have never promoted this place to us. It is the filthiest and most disorganised place I have seen. When we arrived they did not have our booking. We waited for two hours then they put us in a room that was under maintenance. It was situated on level 2. We could not hold the railings when using the stairs as there was fresh paint on it. The room had no curtains and nothing except two beds. The smell of paint made us very sick. Then next day they transferred us to a ground level standard room. I have never come across anything as filthy as this room- there were roaches, spiders , ants and numerous insects and pests. Floor was so filthy that our feet became brown. Shower did not work. Not hot water. No phones in the rooms. Every time we complained they made us wait pretending something was being done nothing was done. Bed mattress had bed bugs. My body is full of bed bug bites. I got very sick. Not only that, Booking.com did not advise us that we have to make another payment at the hotel and at a different rate! So I paid twice ! One with booking.com and the others at the hotel. I paid approximately $145 Aud per night for the cheap filthy place you booked me in. Disgusted with the hotel and disgusted with you guys for ripping me off.

We had to stay near the airport as we were unable to get there from our original hotel in time for our flight. It was walking distance to the airport

The dirty sheets, the loud people in the pool. The cleanliness in general. The room window didn’t close and there were no blinds or curtains

Absolutely nothing was there to like, had to stand at the counter at 12am asking them to change the room because of bed bugs!

The beds were full of bed bugs and upon asking many many times still no shower towels!

No toilet paper, no towels, no bar ... there was an ironing board, but no iron.

We got the ground floor rooms we requested for since we had three elderly disables with us. Rooms are reasonable since we just needed a place to stay over for flights early next morning. Quite environment we had.

We had to wait a bit to check in. All details were sent via booking site. Nevertheless, all was sorted. What actually i do not like is the reviews most guests make about this place, make sure you read carefully, what this hotel provides and what not. Do not complain with your bad reviews which degrades a hotel business. If your expectations are high, then feel free to get a 5star hotel. Trans hotel, the name says it all.

There was no breakfast provided

Didn’t have breakfast because we had to checkout early but the location was too close and the taxi who took us to the hotel was too pricy from only 2 minutes drive costed us $20 Fijian dollar.

Beds were so uncomfortable, no wifi connection, no food at least a vending machine to get some soft drinks or foods. Photos/pictures on your webpage never close or match with what we experienced

very close to the airport, fine for a one night stay. friendly and helpful reception staff that helped me get our sleeping 6 and 9 year olds up the stairs. certainly affordable
