Ease to walk everywhere, restaurants shops and bars nearby

Very comfortable, cosy and convenient. The bed we used in the smaller of the two double rooms was very comfortable. Fabulous cooking facilities with most things you’d want or need being available. Two large settees in the living area with a large selection of channels. The apartment was comfortably heated with plenty of hot water to shower etc.

Nothing to not like

Location was great, in the Cathedral Area and close to bars and restaurants, and the centre of Belfast. The flat has the essentials, plenty of hot water, and has left shampoos, conditioners and shaving cream which would have been useful to know before travelling. Basic but sufficient kitchen equipment, and a great view over Belfast. The owner was responsive and always helpful, clearly wishing things to go well.

Its needing some investment and repair. The front door handle was broken, the socket in the second bedroom taped to the wall, the second bed mattress soggy and moulded to two body shapes as happens with age. The key storage difficult to use.
