Great location, great views good staff.

Needs a refresh and a good cleaning. Quite a bit overpriced for what you get in the state it’s in. No AC in master makes it quite warm in summer months.

aging building and renovation of the building next door mean constant noise 8:30 - 5 all day. looking forward to the private hot tub on the patio, but it was if course broken.

Perfect localisation for saint tropez

Bed room had no AC so it was warm, with air conditioner will be great for the future.

The location was acceptably close to the centre of St Tropez town. There was nothing else to like about this tatty tired and badly cared for apartment.

This is absolutely not a penthouse. The ad is full of inaccuracies which are nothing more than cheats and lies, as are the photographs. The location is a long way back from the sea and the view is slight and across ghastly roof tops of other apartment blocks. The two owners are full of set piece answers and excuses. Absolutely disgraceful. Even half the price it would be expensive. Should be barred from Bookings, which I use for all my accommodation reservations throughout a year. We even had to change the bed sheets and duvet cover as they were dirty and also with dog hairs. I tried to fix the falling off toilet seat but failed. The handyman did not show up as promised, nor did the cleaner. Some towels were stained.
