I loved that they met us in the late evening (10-11 PM) after our flight to greet us and hand the keys. They were incredibly polite and friendly, even drove us to the airport on our last day early in the morning at 6 AM. The villa is clean, large, cozy, well furnished, in very good shape and has everything you'd need. The pool was a splendid addition to the immense yard, its size and water temperature were just perfect. I was impressed by how many sitting and socializing spaces are divided throughout the yard, not to mention that MARVEL of a barbecue that we couldn't wait to try. Firewood and axe are provided in the backyard too. It was great! The driveway is just immense, we rented cars and easily maneuvered them inside the driveway and we also washed them with the hose. You could park American trucks in that driveway and yard. Overall, I'm happy to say that our stay was just amazing, we liked everything. There's a plethora of more good aspects I could mention but it would turn into a small novel :))

Very very minor, but I wish the bed in my room (the one with the own toilet) would be a little longer. And the drain of the large bathroom is a bit clogged, the water doesn't drain too well.

The pictures perfectly display how gorgeous and stunning this villa is and there is absolutely nothing we were underwhelmed with. Felt very fancy and spoiled by being able to stay here for a week! Nina greeted us so kindly in person with wine and was always attentive to whatever our needs were throughout the week. I had also been liaising with Nina’s daughter throughout the week via text who was extremely helpful, answering anything we were unsure on and making us feel extra welcome by being so sweet. The pool provided the perfect opportunity for the girls and I to just have fun, let loose and chill out and a heavy night of drinking and really made the stay extra special.

The only issue was it being about a 40-minute walk from the Laganas Strip, which ultimately ended up in us getting a lot of taxis (15 euros a pop) but that was no fault of the villa and if anything our own laziness. This extra money spent for those taxis was worth it for being able to come back to this amazing property each night.

The hospitality from the staff was exceptional, without fail, they consistently managed to cater to our needs effectively and efficiently. The staff were all very welcoming and easy to talk to.

Fantastic house, big and very clean. Lots of space outside with a barbecue and a small football pitch. Equipped with everything you need (towels, soaps, dishes, glasses etc), it is surrounded by nature and situated in a quiet place in a strategic location between the airport (7 minutes by car) and the main street of Laganas (5 minutes walk). Ms Nina is very kind and available for anything! Really to recommend

The location was in the area of Kalamaki close to to Laganas. Nina and her family are fantastic. They welcomed us with a lovely home made cake and breakfast. The house is great, spacious and well looked after. During the hot summer months spending our mornings for breakfast at the BBQ sheltered area was fantastic. For our family it felt like home and everything was clean, tidy and very looked after. Nina and her daughter Aggeliki have a great taste in decorating the house both inside and outside. The sofa and seats under the tree where really great during the evening for a glass of juice or wine. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets very clean and ironed. The house was spacious and had big grass play are for the children to play in. Nina and Aggeliki were happy to work around our schedule for cleaning. They also gave us good tips on where to go and what to see on the island, where to buy food and which restaurants, cafes they would recommend to us. And all were great with lovely views and very tranquil. Nina also cooked us a lovely evening meal one day with traditional Zakynthian delicacies. We had a fantastic time in Zakynthos at Nina's house and we would like to go back soon. We would wholeheartedly recommend it for families. Thank you Nina and Thank you Zakynthos! The area is very quiet and a short minutes drive from Laganas. Also there are major supermarkets 2-3 mins drive from the house like LIDL and AB. The beautiful town of Zakynthos is also very close i.e. 10-12 mins drive.

There was not anything that we could find at fault.

I recommend it with confidence. It's a grade of 20. I spent 10 days in this beautiful villa. It is located in a very accessible area, 2 minutes by car from the airport, 5 minutes from the beaches of Laganas. The villa has 4 very large and clean bedrooms, a living room with open space kitchen equipped with absolutely everything you need, 2 bathrooms and an impressive courtyard, a terrace and a barbecue where you can relax or have dinner. I have been visiting Greece for 20 years, in different regions and locations, but I can say that it was the most beautiful and friendly. Thanks again to Mrs. Nina and her daughter for the kindness and warmth with which she received us.
