I liked everything! Great service, great value, wonderful location and a suite that had a big kitchen, washer, drier, two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony. Best hotel in Mexico City! I have been traveling to Mexico City for 25 years and this is the best place I have stayed in 25 years!!!

There was a problem with the two showers but they took care of it right away.

The property was very spacious in a very nice neighborhood. Breakfast was good and staff was very prompt.

Staff were not helpful. We were again told, fifth time in a row, only the room by the entrance was open. We didn’t see one other guest during our stay. Seems strange. Also, we were told we would be called when our room was available and our luggage would be in the room. Neither occurred.

The location was great and the apartment was very spacious and confortable.

Property management failed to mention gym and pool were going to be unavailable during our stay due to being under renovation. Apartment kitchen was poorly equipped.

The hotel is located a minute walk from Lincoln Park, this is a definite advantage. The hotel has filtered water on the parking floor. Spacious room, good quality furniture, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils, washing machine and dryer. The overall interior is quite pleasant. Very large spacious double bed. Availability of air conditioners and WiFi. Very good soundproofing.

The windows in the room opened quite a bit. Change of bed linen is provided by the hotel only once in seven days, if there is a need to change bed linen before the expiration of seven days - the service is paid. Mattress not flat. The water in the bathroom and sink did not drain well. Very dirty floors and carpets, especially after the staff cleaned up. The couch smelled bad and had pet hairs on it. There was only one dressing gown for a family of four. Slippers and sets of disposable toothbrushes, cotton swabs and cotton pads are not provided by the hotel. At the time of our stay, the pool was closed, as was the gym. except for the bedrooms, the dormitory room is very dark. There was not enough light in the kitchen, in the corridor, in the living room.

The location is literally perfect. The security team is so helpful and friendly. The accommodations are really in very very good condition. Simple but very good breakfast.
