Room was clean but very basic. No table or chairs if you wanted to eat in the room. Our tv had 2 remote controls, one for the tv and another for Xfinity. Couldn’t get xfinity to work at all. Mini fridge wasn’t very cold. Beds were kind of low. Not the comfiest. I will say that the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

My main complaint is that the room didn’t have a desk in it, even though this was in the description online. What they did have was a very wobbly side table and I was told to use that.
Secondarily, the mattress was saggy and uncomfortable. But I really just needed the room to work, and I couldn’t.
Otherwise the place is as you’d expect; it’s a motel, and pretty basic, though they’ve made the rooms look nicer than a typical motel. It was clean.

At first seemed like a decent place to stay but upon arrival and getting to our room notice some of the “fresh” towels were dirty, the vinyl floor was raised in a section, and the bathroom had a piece of tile sticking up that you could catch your toe on. Two main concerns i had was the bathroom fan and light were leaking water from the room above, and almost left our room because of our key card not working and no lobby after 9 and the only phone number did not work so no one to get a hold of after 30 mins

For hotels and expectation is to have a beautiful balcony, larger room with a air-conditioning even a furniture not only bad there was no place to sit on no chairs no nothing it was really terrible. The sink was dirty.

This hotel room is very clean. It has a refrigerator and microwave (our other hotel we stayed at (Hyatt) did NOT have a microwave). There is no-one during check-in, but someone on a computer like screen (we think he's sitting at another hotel)... but the check-in went smoothly.
The room is Very Sparse, the sink is outside of the bath/shower toilet area and it stands alone with NO counterspace at all. There are no cabinets or drawers in the room where we can store clothes and no closet. It reminds us of Motel 6, but the price is comparable. It was sufficient for 1 short nite but would not want to stay longer.

In general we are happy with our stay. We tried to dial guest service to report the tv volume next door but the line was always busy. No person at the front desk. We called the room and other guests nicely turned down the volume.
We had no pet but the hotel is a pet friendly one.

There was no staff to interact with. Check in and out with through a virtual desk.

There’s a check-in kiosk in the front office and no one else there. I was trying to get the kiosk to work for a good 5/10minutes but it just kept “loading”. I even tried calling the check-in phone number and it just kept ringing. finally a staff member happened to walk by and I told him about the kiosk not working so he had to go inside and check me in. This place was just ok for the price.

Honestly for the price it wasn’t a bad 2 night stay. No laundry room, housekeeping or breakfast, but the 2 bed room I stayed in had a microwave, mini fridge & keurig which was good with me. When I checked in it was through a kiosk with like a zoom call agent helping you check in. I did have a problem when I came back after a long day & needed to head back into the office because my card didn’t work anymore when I tried getting back into my room. I honestly would recommend this place though.

While the property itself is really nice and clean (looks newly renovated), the noises were way too much. There was random construction noises and banging sounds that occurred randomly so it would scare my boyfriend and I. Construction occurred in the early morning with no warning, which is stupid and inconsiderate for guests. Also, the location of our room was next to dogs that were constantly barking for no reason.

Was in town for a short time so I needed a cheap place to crash overnight. Chose this one because of the price and free parking. Definitely gave renovated motel vibes, but that is what I was expecting. The room looked nice, but you notice some minor details once settled in. The faucet is black so it shows a large amount of calcium buildup, pillows/blankets had slight dirt smudges or stains, the tissue box cover had a grease stain on the top, and one part of the floor was super creaky it felt like I might fall through. But I slept through the night, the parking was super convenient, and overall it was fine.

Very clean room, simple but practical, with a big comfortable bed. The hotel is convenient located, walking distance to restaurants and bakery shops. There is this amazing India restaurant, named Brundavan, a couple of minutes of walk from the hotel, recommended by the front desk staff, that offers the best biryani I've ever had! Overall very pleasant stay, safe, clean, convenient, affordable. I will come back next time in the area.

Very nice property that was close to Levi Stadium. The room was very clean and comfortable. We liked the Keurig, fridge and fluffy towels. We'll definitely stay there next time we need a room in the Santa Clara area.

Comfortable, clean with plenty of off-street/safe parking conveniently located to businesses/restaurants etc. The only reason why I did not give a full star rating is because the wifi connection was poor and my Zoom meetings in the room kept dropping out. Otherwise, secure, quiet, and very comfortable stay.

On the preceding Friday I changed my 2 day reservation that was for check in Monday with check out on Wednesday to check in on Tuesday and check out on Wednesday. I still was charged for a two night stay. I also requested a room with two queen beds and was given a room with two full beds. I was surprised with the water pressure in the shower, extremely strong, almost felt like a pressure washer. Overall the place is on the level of a motel 6. Plus they had the parking spaces in front of half of the rooms coned off for no apparent reason. They gave me a code for the wifi, but when I tried to connect, there was no opportunity to enter the code so I had no access to wifi.
