We had a great stay. We like the complimentary breakfast and very friendly staff. Our only dislike was that the bed was very uncomfortable.

One of 2 elevators was down our entire stay and we were on the top floor. Toilet required 2 repairs, there was convent noise from the bathroom vent requiring the bathroom door closed when not used. in room safe had no key as lock was removed, bathroom tub drain was slow

Not ADA compliance. The towels and trash was not collected for 3 days. Even after asking twice for room to be serviced. Manger finally had to come collect everything. For ENTIRE hotel only 1 washer and dryer.

The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The toilet was too low (think ADA). The shower floor was way to slippery. Overall very good otherwise.

Their bathroom was dangerous. Called for a bathmat so I wouldn’t fall in bathtub they couldn’t help tub/shower was slick as ice . So I didn’t want to break a hip after long day of packing and moving so I didn’t get the one thing I was counting on a hot shower.

Moved to Wisconsin two years ago from Kirkwood, came into town for a high school reunion. Wanted to stay in Kirkwood.

This was not the greatest hotel I've ever stayed in but it was clean, quiet, comfortable and close to dining options. I would stay here again if in the area.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, in a convenient location with food and shopping options close by. The staff were warm, welcoming and efficient. The restaurant on site (Chili's) was a great convenience after a long day of travel. The continental breakfast had lots of options, but unfortunately the hot food was barely above room temperature. All the shopping options in this area were a great convenience for some necessary last minute/forgotten items. Would recommend and will stay again.

We had a very spacious and clean room with a small balcony overlooking the pool area. This was one of our favourite hotels during our Route 66 trip (16 days and 14 hotels) and we would definitely stay there again. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful and the pool area nice and clean. We spent quite a while at the pool and our 8 year old loved it there. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel and we eventually decided on the Texas Roadhouse which is in walking distance and served a fantastic evening meal! The only two things that were probably not excellent was that the lifts seem to take a very long time to arrive and the breakfast selection was a little limited due to the hotel awaiting a delivery and the breakfast room attendant was quite snappy about the fact. But other than that everything was great and we would definitely stay again!

Chilis restaurant was attached and we got a 10% discount with our stay. There is also a second full bar that we didn't use. Dunkin Donuts shares a parking lot so if you dont want the included breakfast that's easy to get to. Also have Buffalo Wild Wings. Tesxas Roadhouse and Walmart within a 5 min walk. Pool was clean. Hotel was quiet. No highway noise.

don't get deceived by the rating and pictures - really really old building, broken furniture, dirty bathroom, weed smell all around the building... and EXPENSIVE!!

The pool was closed for our 3-day stay. That was a big disappointment for our granddaughter. The first day we reported that the ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn’t draining and was full of water. It was the same on day 4.Never fixed. The rooms need an upgrade. The bathrooms are very dated. The location of the hotel is great! Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast room well tended to and nice selections.

Most hotels along the way were clean and comfortable.

The rooms are outdated, the attached restaurant was filthy, you can tell the rooms don’t get enough cleaning attention, my moms room didn’t have a working air conditioner.. the pictures are enhanced to make it look better than it is or the hotel is at a decline in standards - or both. It’s not worth more than a cheap motel.

Staff was generally helpful and friendly. Lobby, common areas, and sleeping area of rooms were nice and recently refreshed. Bathroom looked worn and tired. Breakfast items were limited and underwhelming; when asking staff member about items being replenished with 45 minutes left to go, she said they wouldn't be putting anything more out. Nice stay for family of 4 with pre-teens.
