It was very clean.

Everything was clean , staff were very friendly would definitely stay again . The pool and hot tub was very clean and a nice place to relax.

They seemed to have an issue with towels ., We were given them when we asked however their weren't any in our room at check in, but the staff were quick to fix it . The hot breakfast was a normal hot hotel breakfast but did what it needed to do .

My bathroom shower was Dirty. There was Hair everywhere through out the room

Hotel was in great location to where we needed to go while we stayed in town. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Room was clean overall but was found an open pop in the refrigerator and had no towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, the meat changed day to day. Which was great however one day it was a frozen chicken patty. Which I'm sure some like just not what I expected nor like.

The breakfast could have been much better for the price! Wasn’t much to choose from and it didn’t taste the greatest.

The man at the front desk was not vary nice nor was he helpful. The room was not supplied properly with towels or the coffee cups for the coffee maker.

Check in was okay and the room was nice and comfortable.

The microwave did not work. The morning of check out there was no hot water. There was no one at the desk at check out with and he/she could not be found. I believe it was a tactic to get out of answering questions and I believe that everyone should have been given a discount for the inconvenience. We liked the area but will probably find other accommodations when we return.

The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. My grandchildren loved the pool

The breakfast could have been a little better, the hot food was cold and it is small space and trays would have been nice to carry your food and drinks

It was one if the worst experiences. The doors didn't reach the floor so I had to put my bags in front of the door so people couldn't come in. I saw all the rooms were like that. I even took a picture. I asked the front desk and the guy didn't care. I will never stay again and have told everyone I know. Pictures were taken.

they have cheaped out of EVERYTHING. 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 towels, business section closed, workout room closed, and clean room only after 3 days. yikes. also entering the parking lot is a nightmare. right next to off ramp of express way.

The daytime manager at the desk was very rude. We have a service dog a little small Chihuahua and we told them when we booked it and they charged us $25 per day for the service dog which we’re not supposed to be charge for a service dog it’s not a support dog it’s a service dog so they charge me $25 each day. I was there for the service tall I’ll never go back to that place again.
