Very nice room! Check in is at 3:00, which is a little late. Overall it was a nice stay!

Very slow, un-helpful desk staff. No early check in, no late check out. I was told they were too busy to help. Very disappointed ☹️, this is my fifth stay, worst service.

I was very disappointed in this stay. I have stayed at Crowne Plaza before but this experience cut me off completely. I had a mouse running around my room at midnight. I called down and they sent up a man with a bucket to “catch and release” the mouse. I was offered water and snacks and a room change. Okay. Thanks. But when I went to complain to the manager in the morning she was rude and didn’t seem to care. I was not offered compensation or a free night or anything. Tried to offer me 5,000 points(when most hotels are a minimum of 30,000-40,000 points for even a decent stay) when I asked for some kind of compensation. I tried calling the regular manager when I returned home and was just as disgusted at her response and no help at all. I’m sure it wasn’t even a manager because if it really was, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE to say the least.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Grounds were updated, beautiful and well kept. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. No complaints whatsoever. A huge improvement since staying here 5+ years ago. I was impressed!

Hotel Location was perfect for our trip. The room was nice. We needed the air conditioning unit to work better. Our shower handle broke off. We did not get any Cleaning to our room. The blankets on the bed were not heavy enough.

The staff is so kind! It was a lovely stay with 2 kids. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Worth it to buy the add-on breakfast.
Ambience was nice as you walk in. Pool was small but fine, perfect for families.

Great updated property. Spacious rooms and new bathrooms. Very kind employees and helpful. Attention to detail is noticeable.

The bathroom smelled really bad of mildew. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and there was no vent for the bathroom. We were evacuated twice due to fire alarms going off, and noisy teenage cheerleaders attending a competition in the hotel were very loud. Not a good experience overall.

Stay was fairly normal but what sets crowne plaza apart is the service. Each person we encountered was more helpful than the last. Special acknowledgement to Jon Opele at the front desk who was more than helpful and made sure to take extra time to make the trip special for each of my kids. Jon is a credit to the hotel and when we return it will be because of him.

Check in was super quick. We got to our room the ac was on and it was 72 so I turned it down and the air coming out didn’t feel very cool and it went up to 74. So at 3:30 I went to the front desk and to.d them so they put a work order in. At around 4 the fire alarm went off and we had to go outside…was a false alarm. Got back in the room around 4:15 and at 4:20 the maintenance man knocked on the door. He was very polite and kept apologizing. With in 3 minutes he vacuumed water out of it and it was back in action. The rest of the weekend went fine. I would definitely stay again. They go above and beyond to make things right.

Great stay from warm welcome to departure. Rooms were very modern and comfortable…hotel stresses guest comfort, to include keeping the noise down. This will be my go-to the next time I am in Warwick.

Bath tub had molds. When we entered the room there was a really bad smell in there and you can’t open windows. AC was working loud and smells. I think carpets smell too. They tried to fix the smell they did it temporary but came back again. Their pool was small and dirty. It was so blurry and they put to much chlorine inside burnt my eyes and lungs. Their breakfast was terrible no taste at all and they want $18pp doesn’t even worth it. We got 2 people free but it was so bad.

This hotel was all that we expected the room was spacious and clean, bed was exceptionally comfortable. The night we stayed there was a banquet for the Rhode Island Champions of Little League, so 100's of little boys and families everywhere, but there was very little noise at night and the hotel was spotless. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all.

We reserved a room with a king bed. They gave us a room with two doubles. When I told the desk clerk that we paid extra for a king, he said he could not refund the difference. Disappointing.
Also, the air conditioning did not work. The room was very warm for sleeping.

Check-in staff was abrubt and food/bev options were very limited outside of restaurant hours. Shuttle service was prompt & the room was spacious, clean & comfy with awesome bath products.

On site restaurant is excellent, parking is a breeze, and very pet friendly. Our dogs felt super comfortable in the hotel room, and also walking outside the property for their bathroom breaks. poop bags and trash cans also provided on the property.
Very convenient to the freeway and the airport. Will definitely stay here again on a future road trip.
