was a nice room for the price but they need to address a few things like the security latch being broken on the door and making sure the shampoo dispenser is full.. otherwise was as good as id expect for the price.

The neighborhood is terrible. The room was clean when we arrived but they don’t offer daily maid service. Didn’t even empty the garbage. They said I could request maid service so I did, but it didn’t happen.

The property is in a poor state of repair, the safe in our room was broken and when the staff couldn’t figure out how to fix it they advised us to just “lock our hotel room door” and it would be fine. The property is in an unsafe area, so this felt like a concern, particularly for keeping our passports safe.

When me and my wife walked into the lobby, there was a bug zapper setup going off every few seconds. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke they tried to mask with air fresheners. The room had mosquito stains on the wall along with a couple still stuck to the wall. In short, the motel is in need of a complete renovation. I also noticed the photos on the hotels.com website completely hid the fact that this was a motel and not a hotel.

The room was spotless when I checked in, very clean and well stocked with toiletries, towels, etc. When I checked out, the girl who was at the front desk was very helpful and, as far as I'm concerned, went above and beyond in assisting me with a matter that I needed help in.

Mili at the front desk is incredibly friendly and helpful- offered to brew fresh coffee for us at check-in and gave us great restaurant recommendations!

When I arrived the hotel entrance was locked and there was no one at the reception. Waited 15min when receptionist finally returned. His explanation was he was helping a customer who was locked out of his room. Ok, but that is not an excuse. Hotel understaffed

Room was spotless! very clean and freshly renovated. Staff were very helpful. Area around the hotel wasn't the best, but that's no fault of the hotel.

This was a clean, well equipped, well run hotel. Breakfast was adequate. Easy check in/check out.l with pleasant, professional staff. Great for the price and I recommend.

Didn't even make it to check in. Guy passed out in parking Lot. Weed smoking right next to front check in. Loitering in the parking lot. Side view looks like a prison yard with barred and gated up windows and entrance ways. This is a motel not a hotel. Not as advertised and now I'm fighting to get my refund.

Returned to my room at 10:30pm & my door had been left open by cleaning staff front desk offered no solution or explanation…they didn’t offer to check or change my room. They said they would make a note of it,to whom I don’t know. Unsecured unsafe environment will never stay there again

Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Shower was hot. Sai checked us in and was very nice and quick. No complaints for a mid price room near the school. On site parking was a big plus.

Worst experience. Sent me confirmation of my new date of arrive and stay when I called them to let them know I would arrive late...they told me I did not have a reservation and that it was yesterday and I was a no Show. I forwarded my confirmation email. Then they told me sorry we don't have any rooms....leaving me scrambling to find another hotel. DO NOT GO THERE. Poor management

Room was small and bare bones but clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities… existed. The breakfast wasn’t anything worth mentioning and the exercise room was limited but functional. The surrounding area is not good - I wouldn’t walk off of the property grounds, and wasn’t happy that the room doors opened to the exterior.

We were pretty disappointed at the look of the hotel on the outside at first, but the inside was pretty decent. The bathroom was newly renovated and clean. The breakfast was basic but good enough. The owner was very kind and accommodating. She switched our reservation from a king room to a double bed room without charging us extra. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay for the night, you will definitely get what you pay for.

The property wasn't what I was expecting. The pictures did not tell a true story. The pictures I saw makes the hotel look more upgraded than it actually is.
The room was clean. But the television didn't work and when we asked for assistance no one ever came.
