This is an older hotel and could use new beds and bedding. The shower has been remodeled and is nice but it is impossible not to get water everywhere. The bathroom steams up so badly they have a plate on the door telling you not to leave the door open when showering or you will set off the alarm.
That being said, it is clean and the staff is wonderful. The restaurant was closed but you could get meals in the bar. The food was good and again, the staff was great. This is the most convenient airport hotel I have ever stayed in. A short walk across the parking lot and you are in the terminal!

The hotel was booked as its only 200m from the front door to Shannon Airport terminal. In that respect it was excellent.
I do think that there was people staying in the hotel long term which I found strange and off-putting as children were roaming around unsupervised.

Nice place to stay if you have an early morning from Shannon. Good stay, only disappointment was a poor quality breakfast which was a disappointing end to a nice stay.

We dropped our rental car off at Hertz and walked over to the hotel. The park Inn was so accommodating in every way. The hotel and restaurant staff were phenomenal. The rooms were extremely clean with quality mattresses. It was so convenient getting to the airport terminal the following day. I would not hesitate staying there again,

Was very impressed with our dinner at Blair Bar. Very tasty and even vegetarian options. Loved the beetroot burger and the excellent soup. The staff were super helpful too. We'll certainly return next time we fly out of Shannon. Thank you

The front desk went out of their way to help with room concerns. They also got me some hotel slippers - much needed. Slippers should be available to guests without slippers. Great food in the pub/dining room.Great ale, too.

closeness to shannon airport, safety for single woman traveling on my own, food in bar was excellent, Dillion on front desk was very accommodating to my request! Overall a wonderful experience again for the third irish vacation in a row

My family has been staying at this hotel for years. We book the night before our flight out of Ireland. It can't be any easier or more convenient. You can check in, have a nice shower, a yummy meal & a pint and just relax. The next morning you check out & literally roll your baggage cart across the parking lot & into Shannon airport. This takes a lot of the stress out of traveling. No more racing to the airport the morning of. Can't recommend enough.

I stay at the Park Inn by Radisson on Shannon Airport as I can walk over to the terminal and check-in for my transatlantic flight just after 5am the next day when I travel. Totally convenient, I can go grab something to eat at Durty Nelly's in Bunratty, then fuel up and drop off my hire car, get the shuttle back to the terminal the night before and walk back to the hotel for a peaceful night's rest.

I had an issue with the outlets by the bed, but I won't ding them. Stuff happens. The night manager was quick to bring a long power outlet which was fine for me. I just needed the outlet by the bed :)

The layout of the property was great for kids, some space to move around. We walked right over to the airport in the morning. The food was excellent, although we didn't have time for breakfast.

Rooms facing the main road to the airport were noisy all night long but asked for a change to the other side of the building and this was facilitated. Window handles broken and showering area showing signs of wear with mould around joints. Bed comfortable and breakfast very good.
