I love staying at this hotel. Hacienda Santa Barbara, an upscale mall is joined to the hotel. You have clothing stores, supermarket, drug store and a wonderful organic market/restaurant. When you exit the mall, there is a pedestrian area with a wonderful outdoor market whit art crafts and beautiful stores and restaurants. The pedestrian street leads to the Usaquén Square with fantastic restaurants around it.The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. The service at the hotel is superb. Pedro and Ana at the bar/restaurant are the most important reason why I stay at the hotel. Their personalized service is like no other! They are just incredible. The breakfast is also very good. There is a buffet with all kinds of breads, a large variety of tropical fruits and juices, cereal, waffles, etc. You can also order eggs any style from the kitchen. The hotel is located in a residential area with a beautiful park in front of it. Great views from the rooms. I stay at this hotel at least 4 times a year. Thank you for providing a perfect stay each time.

Major disappointment. The staff is not kind enough to serve their guests. I arrived with my mother, a senior, with two large suitcases and no one helped us with the suitcases to get to the reception desk and the bedroom. The same way when we checked out. I arrived at the bedroom and asked for the TV remote control if it was possible to connect my phone to the TV and first they told me yes and then they called me to tell me that no, the person in charge was not there and that first thing tomorrow morning they would take it to the bedroom. . None of that happened. They told me at 8 am and I waited and nothing. They do not treat their guests well and do not even ask how their stay was. I was disappointed of their lack kindness and attention. For a 5 star hotel, I am very disappointed and I compare it with other hotels in Bogota and this was the worst. I do not recommend if you are looking for good service for tourists.

It was good but the front desk guy promised refund because we had to leave early and then when booked with hotels. Com I had to pay an extra night because I had to change the day by one day. And then the hotel said no problem we will refund to the early check out because family emergency but hotel has to call they been trying to reach hotel 3 days and nothing I tryed calling 5 days before trip and no one ever answers.

What a lovely hotel being squashed dry but terrible operation policies. It's cold there but there are no extra sheets or floor mat for a cold room. No heater.
No money for a shower cap or qtips despite guests paying top dollar. This is being run like a motel 6 at best. What a f -ing shame.

Traveling with a wheelchair hotel is not very accessible. There is no ramp or elevator to annex. Also horrendous perfume smell that is overwhelming. If you have asthma or allergies do not stay here. Also requested shower w accessibility. It was not accessible. I’ve stayed here several times and will probably be my last.

This hotel is very nice. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great. This is our third visit and we wouldn't stay in any other place. Special shout out to Don Pedro at breakfast. He remembered how we like our coffee and eggs

I'm utterly disappointed with my experience at NH Collection Bogotá Hacienda Royal. The parking situation was a nightmare – sent to a shopping center with no clear signals, wasting nearly 40 minutes to locate the correct entrance.
To top it off, upon arrival, the hotel claimed the room I booked wasn't available, downgrading me to a lower category. A truly terrible and unprofessional experience.
