I wasn’t there for long, but was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the hotel & room. Everything was clean & smelled clean, without smelling like chemicals. Bed was comfy and front desk staff were very friendly. Would stay again.

Gym was out of order which was a disappointment. Selected hotel for this reason. Otherwise stay was very nice.

Easy check-in. Only issue was learning having a dog was $25 per night. Stayed 2 nights. My bill said total stay for two nights was $25. We didn't have maid clean room until we left.

Very limited breakfast, and when asked if there was an alternative to the scrambled (powdered?) egg and hard boiled egg in fridge then was told “ cut hard boiled egg and put it into microwave!!!!Fruit choice unavailable for 2 days running

Landscaping was beautiful and staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were quiet and comfortable

The staff were great very nice people they made the stay warm and welcoming.

Front staff were very helpful and accommodating. Treats were a little pricey. Being beside a man Arby’s made it even better. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Same gripe I have in all hotels though is the pillows are too soft. Provide at least 1 firm pillow since there are 5 on the bed anyhow.

The customer service was above and beyond. The only thing was that there were no housekeepers around to change sheets. I called the front to get fresh towels though and they were delivered within minutes!

This property is located in a noisy dirty part of Chatham , however Chatham itself is a dirty and not picturesque

The hotel is clean but there is a ethanol plant near by and it make the air smell awful. They hire must have a bad air exchange because the smell come right in the building and it was so gross.

The stay in the hotel is pleasant, breakfast is early at 6:30 am so that we can start our bird watching early . Room is clean , staffs are friendly.

First floor double locks necessary on sliding doors opening onto parking lot gave us some apprehension . We were told after that this Inn housed homeless people . Kitchen staff in breakfast area were very nice .
