Bathroom floor had not been vacuumed. Still rocks and sand from previous occupants. Hairdryer did not work. No outlet handy for coffee maker in room. Dust on headboard. Outlet by bed did not work.
People at service desk were friendly but the one checking us in was not knowledgeable as she was new so misinformation given to us. Would not stay here again.

Tonya at the front desk came through with the nice quiet room I requested before I arrived, and both she and Pepper were friendly and helpful with information, especially dining options, in the area. Everything in the room worked well, and Tonya quickly provided me with more soap to compensate for the free empty dispenser. The shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure The motel was conveniently located near downtown, and the parking was adequate. I plan to stay here again the next time I'm in Kalispell.

This was a family visit. Why we got a handicapped room is unbeknowns to me. The shower curtain was not adequate. Once it got wet it would stick to you. The bed was a full not a queen. The light was bright through the door. At the bottom of the door and the side.

We didn’t have any towels and bathroom rug. We have to go down the check in counter to get them. The bed sheet and blanket are too old and looks dirty. The shampoo bottle is almost empty and broken.

The staff was very nice. Our room was very nice and clean, but outside in the halls and stairs, it was very worn and needed some help. We were near one of the entrances and every time someone came in and out it, the door slammed. It could've been closed quietly, but it seemed no one cared and I even got woke up at 4:30am to someone rolling their lugguge down the stairs and letting the door slam on their way out which shook our room. Then they had to make a second trip. It would be nice if they made it to where the door doesn't slam and post signs about noise. There was also trash sitting outside a nearly empty dumpster including a used mattress. It seems they don't have someone who moniters the trash outside but it probably would be a good idea if they did. Overall, it was good for the price.

The hotel was fine for our purposes as we were gone most of the day. Breakfast was strictly continental and there was no fresh fruit of any type. The one concern was the "secure" side entrance - you just had to pull the door hard, you didn't need your room key at all. The beds were comfortable (pillows weren't great though) and the shower had good pressure and hot water. We had a couple rough nights due to kids above our room but that's not the hotel's fault - they tried to quiet them down.

The front desk clerk was very helpful/friendly. The room was clearly not ready for actual guests. Any one of the items would be no big deal but in total, was a mess.
There were no towels in the room, I had to carry them up myself

Only 1 outlet in the room worked, far away from where it would normally be used.

The room was very rundown, leg fallen off the desk, etc. There was only 1 thin blanket on bed, someone threw sheet over the top in lieu of comforter.
The small double bed mattress was old, no support could hear the springs squeeking every time you rolled over.
As it was the end room, right next to the stairs, the walls/door were thin. Had to listen to people leaving and letting the door slam all early morning.

The property just needs attention. It’s hard to keep an old unrenovated place in good condition the young man at the desk was friendly and helpful.

Extremely run down. Just feels yucky. Cig burns on floor. Spill stains on furniture and carpet. Thin walls. The A/C worked good but smelled musty. I would never stay here again, unless a last resort, again.

This was basically just what we signed up for, "value inn". The room was clean, but a little banged up. The shower was functional, but definitely a little old and small. There was noise through the door of other people staying there in the hallway while we were sleeping, so sound proofing is not excellent.

Hand soap dispenser broken. No t working at all. Shampoo dispenser not working and unable to shower. Air conditioning unit very noising…off and on all night. Had a wake up call that I didn’t ask for. When I complained upon check out the front desk clerk made light of it. Property has been poorly renovated and smells of febreeze. I did not feel safe at this property

Property was dirty and the building had a musty smell. Room was outdated and filthy. Towels were like sandpaper. Horrible paint colors in the room, draperies were 2 different colors that did not coordinate. No coffee in the room. Staff was very unfriendly

No towels in room at check in, tried calling down to the front desk numerous times and no one answered. Walked down and the individual was on their personal cell phone, could hear people unstairs like they were in the room, no coffee, very uncomfortable pillows.

Room is outdated but pretty clean. You can hear neighbor next room talking. Convenience with food and stores nearby and easy to get around. Good for short stay.

Even though they said the room was renovated, it was only 1/3 renovated. Doors still old, bathroom old, old carpet in hallways.
Domestic was in one of the rooms while we were at hotel. I think some people live in the hotel?

This place is too old when I step in the room, it has very bad smell like somebody have pets inside for a long time. The chairs is so old and broken, the exhaust fan is noisy. The toilet still have stains, body wash is running out, looks nobody doing the room service at all.

There is nothing wrong with the property except it is way overpriced! We paid $230 including tax and I could get an equivalent run down hotel in Texas for $50 which I do all the time working in the oil field.

This place was filthy. The wall mirror in my room had a child's handprints all over it. There were no kids with me. The lampshade was sliced. The bed was rumpled. The bathroom hardware had been cheaply moved (using a piece of wood to attach hardware to the wall and the old holes were not filled or painted. The hand towel had a long black hair on it as did the bath towel. I slept in my clothes on top of the linens.
This place was filthy and gross. The lady at the front was nice about everything. The cleaning crew needs some work as does the owner.

I liked the location only. The room smelled horrible and the floor was sticky. The towels are old and rough. This is an old hotel and it has a very humid smell. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We reserved this stay 2 weeks in advance, requesting a first floor room, which was not available at check in. We were given a 2nd floor room that looked like a crime scene had recently taken place. Upon inquiring about it at the front desk, the clerk had agreed that our room had been broken into previously as door frame was severely damaged. Also, very bad carpet stains on the floor, we couldn’t go barefoot. Stairs in the lobby were very dark and could have easily been a hazard, having to carry suitcases.

Nothing! This is a HORRIBLE place to stay!! Our first room had some kind of nasty yellow sspot on the curtain, the sink was dirty, the safely lock was busted. The toilet leaked enough that the whole floor was wet. And they weren't going to move us because they were Totally Booked. After 4 hours,...they decided to move us,...we had to haul all our stuff ourselves downstairs. There was only one desk clerk that was even remotely concerned about the room issues. She told me that recently the cops had to bust down the door on our first room because of drugs. I highly suggest you skip this place!

Room was fine with comfortable beds. The bathtub/shower was very strange as you have to reach around a wall to turn it on and hope you don’t get drenched. The back door entry banged every time it closed which was quite loud. Front desk people were very nice.

The property is old, outdated & really smelly. The mattress was not good. We booked through Expedia and we arrived at the hotel & the hotel did not have our reservation in their system. They put us in the suite and it only had 1 bed & we had 3 people. They quickly got us a roll away bed. The cost was definitely not worth the stay -

The property is very dated. They are starting to upgrade the rooms by taking out the carpet and putting in laminate. Unfortunately our room wasn’t one that has been done. The carpet was dirty and the chairs were stained. The room was not very insulated, we could hear the traffic and the neighbours talking and snoring.
The staff was friendly and check in and out was effortless.

For a 2 star property, this hotel is pretty good. It definitely shows its age but it was clean, the beds were comfortable, the location is great and it even had a breakfast which was a nice surprise. For the price, I would stay here again.

This location was amazing, being right off of the main road between Kalispell and Whitefish. Plenty of parking spots and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is older, but good value. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were terrible. We were at the back of the hotel and it was pretty quiet. It does sit on Highway 93, so unsure about the front. Shopping and lots of restaurants nearby.

I didn’t like how the long seemed dirty, there weren’t extra blankets/pillows. But the room was clean.
