In town to see family. On arrival was met with friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety, and was very good

Room was nice, staff accommodated requests. Only complaint was the desk wasn't wiped down. Couple see finger smudges and spot where a drink was sitting from previous guest. Shower also had a hair in it, but it was still cleaner than my shower at home!
Other than that, the lemon water in the lobby was awesome and the breakfast is top notch. Definitely will stay here again for business trips.

The room smelled like cigarettes and there are no USB ports. There was a Harley motorcycle event happening in the area and the bikers were revving their engines early in the morning ouside our window.

Housekeeping knocking on the door at 8:40 AM WHEN CHECKOUT IS 11AM is very unhospitable. It was not appreciated after a late night check in when trying to catch up on sleep. The noise from the trucks deliveringand unloading to the adjacent Home Depot well into the night was bad enough.

Room was very comfortable. Beds were comfy, lots of pillows to choose from and we could turn the heat/cooling unit so that the fan stayed on all the time instead of always turning off and on. Looks like the place was recently renovated. Didn’t have any towel bars in the bathroom which I thought was a bit different but not a deal breaker. It was a quiet time here so not sure what this place is like when it’s busy. Would definitely stay here again. Sam the desk attendant was super… Very personable and helpful.

Overall the stay was great. Loved the breakfast. It was very clean. Only downside was after requesting a first floor room, the desk person was having a hard time to accommodate that request. I said if there was an elevator that the second floor would be fine. And it was except the elevator was at one end and our room was at the other. Making it very difficult for my husband to get to it. A little more consideration would have been appreciated.

I was in an accessible room. That usually means people have some sort of trouble getting in an out of the bathtub & need the grab bars. Why then would you think it appropriate to have such high bed? For starters, not everybody is tall and some people who require grab bars in the bathroom have hip &/or leg problems which make it difficult to climb into those high beds. Thank goodness I wasn't alone. My BF had to help me into bed.

NO USB PORTS
I asked the young man working and he said "i have a plug but i won't let you use it" i didnt ask to use it. So i weren't outside to my vehicle and charged my phone. I know this sounds silly but ive traveled alot in my career and never had to do this. I didn't bring a ply for the wall because i didn't want to forget it

Everything was fine except the TV wasn't working. We could have moved to another room but we were already unpacked. We reuse bath towels when we stay longer so it would have been nice to have towel bars to dry our wet towels.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfy. Breakfast was decent - the eggs were good if you added salt & pepper. Due to food allergies, I could only eat that and the apples. Staff at the front desk were helpful. The only knock I would give them is that the tiles in the bathroom were in need of some repair, the wiggled around a bit because the grout was broken or missing.
