There was mold/mildew in the grout of the shower/bathtub and black curly short hair on the bathroom floor. Very disappointing

Lipstick on a pig. The room was updated but dirty. Wood floor had so much filth on it we had to wear shoes the entire stay. Dragged a towel across the floor and it was brown. Staff was non-existent at the front desk. Waited 20 minutes to talk with someone at checkout and finally just left.

Stayed here two years in a row and the hot tub still isn't fixed

Upon entering our room the air was stale so tried to open the window and let it air out, but there was a hole in the screen and wasps were entering through it so I had to close it quickly. Went to front desk and they gave us a another room. Went to open the window and the screen was damaged too! Noticed that although the room was remodeled there was small holes in the room walls, the bath tub had big scratches in it. The air conditioner was very old and had only numbers for settings rather than an actual temperature setting. We were hot the 1st night and freezing the second night. Noticed door tiles missing by one of the entrance doors. Upon walking outside the hotel looking at the windows I noticed one of the windows had tape holding the window together and other damaged screens. Although the hotel is being remodeled there is shoddy workmanship and the maintenance is just not being done. The breakfast is always for the southern folk with grits and some spicy spam hash mix. Never seen bacon or omelet dishes like other similar priced hotels we have stayed at in the area. We've stayed here before and it's always a mixed bag on the quality of room we receive.

Key cards didn't work on outside -side doors then had to get it rekeyed then still didn’t randomly didn’t work. Dirty rooms. Not worth the 240.00 per day. One of the worst rooms I have stayed in. Drain in the sink wouldn’t drain… parking lot is in terrible shape. Good thing I had an SUV or it would have bottomed out my car. Need more. Not going back there again!

The motel may show its age in spots but the are renovating. So the dust doesn't bother me.

Pass this one by! They had signs up to pardon their remodeling. If you want a pardon charge a more reasonable rate. The bathroom had mold in the grout. The rooms smell badly. The carpet has seen better days. The pool was out of order our whole stay. The front desk person was not helpful. We were there 5 days and they never serviced the rooms. They didn’t empty trash, make the beds or even offer fresh towels. The room to room calling didn’t work. The Wi-Fi was spotty. Not at all worth it.

The hotel smelled like mold, minimal towels, no hand towels, the carpets were wet and looked dirty, the wallpaper was coming off the walls, door to the room did not open and close properly, all doors leading outside were not key entry and also did not work properly, personally harassed by construction workers staying at hotel, lighting in the hallways was minimal and looked very dirty. The room itself did not smell clean, the outside wi dow did not work properly. Needless to say extremely disappointed for $170 night stay. The only thing good I have to say was the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is being remodeled. There are 9 updated rooms so far. The staff was so nice. The rooms not updated are dated, had a strong unpleasent odor, and needed some much needed love. For an overnight visit it was ok. The breakfast was nice with a variety of options.

This property looks unkept, deserted, and dirty. Driving up to it was sad. Parking lot had pot holes and bumps. Windows dirty and curtains/window treatments unmatched and falling down. People answering phones were very pleasant!!! We also had to leave for family emergency too. Were going to stay and leave super early, but it looked sad and like a motel rented by the hour. I thought I sent this already but wasn't quite done. Sorry if 2.
