The bathroom was dirty. The tub faucet leaked and the actual tub was nasty needs replaced. The toilet rim was nasty with mildew.

Excellent front desk service. Rooms were clean, toilet needed cleaned but nothing too awful. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast was delicious.

Surfaces were clean, but the hallways wre dirty and dusty. Recent construction??? Staff was helpful but a bit slow. Parking was limited, kinda odley arranged.

Check in was a breeze. Room was nice but bathtub needed to be ripped out. It had a worn trough down the middle that was a slip and fall waiting to happen. The shower head was not moveable so it was necessary to stand in the trough. Local environment had multiple eatery options and the in/out access to the property was safe and simple. Free breakfast was standard fair but better than many others we've had.

The immediate area: parking lot, etc, was run down and partially in disrepair.

GOOD: comfortable bed; excellent A/C; nice storage; easy parking; convenient desk and TV positioning; nice hair dryer and plenty of hot water.
BAD: stayed 5 nights and only had bed made ONCE?; Bathroom tub was a mess: cracked porcelain; faucet dripped; grouting was all broken; drain was offset - open around one edge with rubber gasket hanging out. All of the Bathroom tile edge all around is in bad need of regrouting.

The stay was fine other than the heating/air unit. When I adjusted the thermostat to cool down the room it made a clunking sound that remained while it was on. It sounded like a car running in the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bath well stocked with towels and toiletries. Clean room. Very nice breakfast buffet. Walking distance to restaurants (Bob Evans, Texas Road House, etc) and shopping.

The hotel was nice, but there were some on-going updates in the room I was in. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Limited parking, good location with lots of restaurants to choose from.

We were in town to visit our grandkids. Hampton Inn was perfect for this. We didn't spend much time there but the hotel was clean and offered a nice breakfast. A good value for a quick overnight stay.

We were disappointed in the lack of hot items and oatmeal for breakfast Saturday morning. Also no fresh fruit. A note was left out that the oven was broken. Disappointing as this is a huge weekend for the hotel due to University of Dayton’s Family weekend.
The room was clean. But could use a little TLC. The doors are really knocked up, the bed frame on one bed had large metal piece sticking out (my husband hit his shin on it) and the bed mattress was sagging. The under rim of the toilet was really black, could use some extra elbow grease to clean it. The carpeting in the hallways is buckled and could cause a trip hazard.
We had 2 good nights’ sleep, which is good. Just not sure if we will stay here again based on overall value.

This hotel was a little out dated. The door to our room was tough to open and close and the sink continually clogged up. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. It was the perfect place to stay as a runner in the Air Force Marathon. So some good qualities and some not so great!

The property needs a serious upgrade and renovation. The rooms are so dusty non of us could sleep all weekend due to being so congested . Honestly the rooms are falling apart I.e walls had holes in them, ceiling needed to be repaired, ice machines we are all broken.
On the outside the parking lot needs re-done and hotels nearby are abandoned. This Hotel is not a franchise but rather owned my an individual and you definitely can tell. Save your money and stay elsewhere. This place was not up to par.

The bathroom was very dirty. I didn’t even want to take a shower. I’m used to a more comfortable bed at Hampton hotels also. I most likely would not book here again.

I found a bed bug this morning crawling on my hand in bed. I wrapped it in a napkin and quietly took it down to the front desk. Man at the desk confirmed that was a bed bug. He offered help and comped the room for the weekend. I was happy with his help but not happy about the bug. Now I’m spending the rest of my evening washing and disinfecting all my stuff

The Hampton Inn rooms weren't as clean as they shoulve been. We didnt have any soaps in our bathroom and we had chip crumbs and a lid to a can of Pringles (im guessing) still on the floor no bags for laundry in closet and spots on the mirrors so, not to standard.

Check in was smooth, the attendant was very polite. All of the staff was very polite and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable couple of days.

The staff were some of the best around! Everyone was kind and courteous… from the front desk staff, to the breakfast attendants, to the housekeeping and maintenance staff… everyone was wonderful.
