The stay was ok beds were comfortable, room was old, we were placed by the supply room. We were awakened by someone slamming the door several times at 345am then 5 min. Later we her a loud tumbling noise form the same room, when to check out and meet the rudeness person at any hotel we have stayed, we make 6 trip a year and first time using Hampton inn not hsppy

Do not recommend this hotel at all. It’s attached to the end of a strip mall. Very noisy. No place to park except for strip mall parking lot and that felt very unsafe. Bums sleeping on the benches in front of the hotel. No gym, no pool. Hotel in desperate need of updates. Very Disappointing for a Hilton property.

Couldn’t take a shower as there was no way I could make it work. The water was scalding hot. Had to take a sponge bath. Tell front desk person. Said there have been complaints about the shower. Then fix the problem

Very unsafe outside at night. Open drinking and use of cannabis outside the entrance of the hotel complained to the desk and was told there was nothing to be done I feared for me and my wife's safety they were on the hotel benches under the hotel canopy

This was probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. Someone was always cleaning.Very friendly staff. The breakfast was hot and delicious.

The receptionist at the front desk was extremely nice when we arrived. Room was quiet and comfortable bed. I noticed numerous black stains on the ceiling. Hopefully not mold, but needs repair.

Unfortunately we were there on the weekend after the cyber attack and none of the hotel keys would work and we had to wait each and every time for an employee to come up and let us in the room.

Due to the global power outage, the front desk staff could not make room keys, so someone had to accompany me to my room every time. And one of the elevators was out due to a storm. But the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast typical of hotels offerings- not so great.

Elevator was broken the whole time. Bath tub plug is broken so we took a shower in a puddle of drain back up. Chair in the room was stained with who knows what?

Check in was very nice and quick. I liked the colors in the lobby. However, the bedspreads and sheets weren’t all that clean. I found a toe nail in the sheets and a stain on the bedspread, which appeared old and worn out. There were plenty of towels and pillows.

Small, dingy hotel located on the edge of a shopping center. Parking is in the alley behind tge hotel or in the parking lot of the shopping center with no security cameras observed. No pool or gym.

This Hampton inn has safety issues.
I don't ride on elevators so I asked where the stairs where. There is no access to the floors by stairs. The first floor is used for the laundry room and can not use the stairs because of this. So I was permitted to used the stairwell

The water in our room was yellow. The sink didn’t drain and would stop up and leak underneath. The toilet seemed like it was stopped up everytime it flushed. Maintenance needs to service that room.
