it was nice and clean, beds were very very comfortable and staff were amazingly friendly . Deen at the reception and Nail were wonderful . thank you

bathroom items could be better , for example there was no enough shampoo , towel, soap…etc. needs an improvement on that

Proximity to the airport was why I selected this motel, the price was right. My stay was quiet and the room was clean. The room was actually quite large with a good sized bathroom and shower which was great.

One of the elevators was out of service. The motel was quite busy so the wait for in service elevator was a bit slow.

A localização é muito boa para quem quer e precisa estar próximo ao aeroporto. O Café de manhã é o padrão, só que o horário um pouco curto. Termina às 9:00 e poderia ir um pouco além. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Há um restaurante ao lado do hotel de comida do oriente médio (Afganistão pelo que entendi) que é muito bom.

O horário do café da manhã poderia ser um pouco mais amplo. Mas a seleção de produtos é boa e segue o padrão dos hotéis de mesmo nível.

I’ve been in USA in the last 11 days and have stayed in 4 different hotels, this one has been the best of all. Centric, clean, comfortable, and nice. The breakfast was great and staff’s treatment also. If i ever come back, i would definitely choose this place to stay again. Llevo en USA los últimos 11 días y me he hospedado en 4 diferentes hoteles, este ha sido el mejor de todos. Céntrico, limpio, cómodo y bonito. El desayuno estuvo genial y el trato del personal también. Si alguna vez regreso a esta linda ciudad, definitivamente volvería a escoger este lugar para hospedarme

Hallways need a little attention. Carpets souled and torn in spots. Arrived 36 hours after a snowfall and the parking lot was still covered with snow and ice. Treacherous.

Great value for price. Close to the airport for an overnight stay. Staff was friendly.

I could see that the lobby had been updated but the rooms were old and the carpet looked kind of dirty. Also, the elevators were very slow which was somewhat concerning.

The property was well maintained and the best value for a hotel so close to the airport. All the linens appeared brand new.

Assim que chegamos ao aeroporto, dispuseram um shuttle para buscar-nos, apesar de chegarmos bem tarde, mas já havíamos avisado do horário de chegada do nosso vôo e, depois do check-out, nos levaram até a estação. Ótimo quarto, grande e muito bem equipado. Banheiro de ótimo tamanho. Muito bom atendimento e café da manhã.

The front desk girl was so sweet! She was by herself and everyone was checking in, she handled it all with grace, especially when people were asking for pillows, extra blankets, sheets for the pull out. She was beyond busy and truthfully needed help but handled it very well

Supposed to have breakfast, was not offered and went down in morning, microwave was still sitting in middle of counter from evening before. There was no breakfast at all.

Site lied about breakfast. Wasn't even offered. TV didn't work Hotel is undergoing renovations, so tape and door signs falling off everywhere. Pool area closed. Hostess was rude and acted like she didn't even want to be there, any questions asked were met with full attitude as if how dare we ask.
