The front desk service is OUTSTANDING! Our room had an issue with the bathroom drain and they offered to send up an engineer right away. There was some leftover chips behind the couch, but no biggie. It was so quiet and I didnt hear the room next to us or even the stairs door. Heated pool was great. Wifi worked great. Service overall sold it for me. They responded right away via texting and checked on us entire stay. Breakfast was great and even the workers there were soooo sweet! We usually stay elsewhere every month, but will be here from now on.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was pristinely clean. Enjoyed time in fitness center and pool. Wish i could have enjoyed the delicious breakfast!

Hurricane Helene damaged properties. Communities were and are still displaced; however, Embassy Suites Greenville welcomed us with open arms—true Southern Hospitality at its BEST. Being greeted with smiles after
a long day of clean-up made the aches and pains hurt a little less. Embassy Suites Greenville created a 'togetherness' feeling during a time when so many of us felt alone and broken. They reminded us and showed us that 'we are in this together'. We all have our stories and were brought together to realize that our stories were also the stories of others. We are not alone!!! Thank you Embassy Suites Greenville for providing a home away from home for us and our pets!

Had a great trip. The only issue was a loud whistling noise that was constantly coming from outside the window. Must be some exterior imperfection that causes wind to be trapped and make an extremely loud/distracting noise. May want to have fixed.

Checkin guy was not friendly. Kids were allowed to run wild in the hallways and atrium. Decor in rooms are blah. Inside of hotel is stark. Just not anywhere id want to stay again.

All of the staff was very accommodating and worked with a smile. The chef at breakfast cooking the omelets was incredible. She kept up with the orders, was very efficient and always finished with have a good day. She was impressive and all the staff in the dining room were on top of any requests and keeping the area clean.

Good hotel. Small roof leak in atrium during a big storm. Rooms were usually load. Could hear a lot of running talking and traffic noise even on seventh floor.

Have stayed at this hotel many times over 30 years and always have had good experience. For some reason this time we could not get the room cooled. Tried 3 different rooms and had no luck. The hotel did supply floor fans for us. Hopefully this is just a one time issue. Plan to be back in the future

Rooms were just ok…. Pretty outdated. TV didn’t work well… kept freezing and turning off. No housekeeping service unless you request. Room was advertised as 2 queen beds… but 2 full beds were in the room - we also booked an upgraded room but got the basic room because they overbooked it, but still paid for the upgraded room. Breakfast buffet was included …. No restaurants open during the day… no shopping… very small area for snack items to purchase. Staff was friendly.

It was okay…there were a few roaches that I killed so that changed my whole view of the room and the curtain on the shower was dirty the breakfast was great and the customer service was wonderful

The hotel cleaning staff did not do their due diligence. Went to start wiping the room down and the bathroom, there were wash rags still hanging up from the previous guest.
