We stayed for a few nights. The staff was very friendly. It doesn’t look like it does in the pictures online, but it was still nice. It has a pool, hot tub, and gym!!

Hotel was great, super clean and comfortable, all I have to add is that your enter sign needs to be lit as it is not too noticeable from the road and its a pretty sharp turn in when you can't see it

Housekeeping came only once and didn't take out the big bag of food trash that I had set aside, nor empty/take out the melted ice container (which I actually wanted to use again). The common areas were hot (AC units seemed old), carpet was stained, worn out, and the hotel as a whole seemed run down. The people I did interact with were kind, although I knew even before the booking change time/date that I needed to cancel my last day, and both Expedia and the property were of no help. Safe to say, I won't be back.

Customer service at the front desk needs improvement. They gave me the impression that they were doing me a favor. The room TV did not change channels. The volume buttons on the remote worked, channel surfing did not.

I thought the hotel had a nice layout, beautiful landscaping, and was quiet. The restaurant food and drinks were great, and the free breakfast was exceptional. Even the fitness center was pretty modern. Thank, BW!

We had a great time. The pool area and the gazebo was very comfortable, family friendly. The laundry room was clean and handy to use.

We had a room with a view to the courtyard and could listen to the fountain and relax. Parking was snug with most spaces full if returning late in the evening. Good choices for breakfast.

Pro’s: Room was spacious and clean. Loved the laminate floors instead of carpeting—and the bathroom renovation was lovely. Central park/pool area was very pretty as well. Con’s: Hotel is on two floors with no elevator. If you have a lot of luggage or can’t do stairs you’ll need to request a first floor room. But maintenance staff is great at helping schlep bags upstairs. Towels are thin and scratchy — not up to the quality of the bathroom.

We have stayed at this property before and the staff are wonderful and property is clean. We are very particular as we are hotel managers ourselves and we know cleanliness and value. We recommend this property to any traveler.

Poor customer service threatening representation of the company, unclear rules of checkout and check-in policies, lying, after getting confirmation for a early checkout with no cost housekeeping and a manager attempted to enter into the room before 1:00. This caused me to wake up in a disarray and defensive way. I thought somebody was trying to break into the room. I'd already stated multiple times to the maintenance team that the deadbolt was not working. So that they thought that we weren't trying to stay in the room I propped the door up very carefully with a towel, then the manager for the property claim that I caused damage to the door. This will be handled in small claims court if they decide to charge anything for room damages. I have pictures of the room before and after

Property was great, rooms were great, breakfast was surprisingly good. There were some cleaning issues, like large stains in curtains and lamp shades.

I’ve stayed here several times over the last 7 years, along with my crew and as always they never disappoint. Extremely satisfied with the staff and property.

Great location for the sunset transit station yet very quiet with rear property room. Nice breakfast and even had cookies at check in.

Very, VERY dirty. We called the front desk a few minutes after entering our room, to ask for a different room, but they informed us they were booked full, so we were stuck. The floor was so gross, we all wore shoes anytime we walked in the room. Huge food (I hope food) stains. Dirty walls. My children were skeptical of even getting into the bed.
