I would give five stars just based on cutomer service! How rare to find it now! Also the bed was very comfortable which is the most important thing to me. I left rested and in a wonderful mood to start my day.

This place is always my go to hotel in Holbrook. The hotel facilities are pretty clean but could use a bit more attractive decor. Other than that, the staff that I’ve encountered are pleasant w/ good customer service, the rooms are always clean and cozy, very comfortable! Parking is limited, the only downer, the breakfast is decent and I like the variety of food. The pool area had a weird stench to it but otherwise very clean. I’d highly recommend this place and the price is very reasonable and affordable. Thank you for the wonderful stay as always, Days Inn- Holbrook!👍🙏

Great stop along I-40 in Holbrook

It was a nice place to stop for the night during our across country move!

We've started staying at this hotel every time i go this way. And every time i get a good night's sleep. The best place.

Nice for a one night stopover stay. Breakfast was very limited-would be nice to include some fruit besides apples, but it was included and got the job done!

Basic accommodation. Would be nice if listings indicated stairs and/or elevator for senior's and/or handicapped. There are 4 steps to access room walkways outside. I did not see an elevator. Others were using 2 flights stairs in lobby. Perimeter stairs to access 2nd level. Hot Breakfast was good. Boil bag eggs, sausage, cereals, etc. Coffee is good.Has waffle station.

This property has false advertising. It is not accessible. When I called the hotel their one wheelchair room was booked. I asked if the regular rooms would allow the wheelchair to enter the room. I was told yes the door was wide enough. We got there and there was a step up to get into the room. They did have a ramp available but every time I needed to enter or leave the room my husband had to put down the ramp. I had the same issue with going to the office for breakfast. There was no way to get to the office except to either use the ramp, which we had to carry, to get into the office, or by loading the wheelchair into the van by backing up to the walkway and then unload the van in the front. The pool chair for the disabled that lowers you into the pool did not work. The jacuzzi did not work. I felt trapped and stressed the entire time. We left two days early. When I tried to check out early, the lady tried to tell me I needed to go through Expedia. I had already talked to Expedia and because I chose pay at hotel I was told the hotel would need to refund me. She finally agreed after putting me on hold. Then she tried to charge me for an extra day. After another hold she agreed I was right. I asked for a detailed receipt. The charges were correct because I had the receipt from Expedia and verified it. This was an unpleasant experience. The only high point was Patrick. He was the evening staff and did everything he could to help as best he could.

Pillows need to be replaced but the room was clean in this older motel.

The reviews weren’t accurate. The pool and hot tub area left a lot to be desired. Bathroom door won’t close because they hit the toilet.

The hotel was clean, safe and comfortable. The desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Shower was not very clean, peoples hair etc still all over walls. Didn’t feel over all very clean in bathroom

This place was fine, not great but fine enough and a good deal. The room was a little outdated, paint coming off the walls in the bathroom, nothing horrible but some things that should be taken care of. But for us, for one night, it was fine. The bed was quite comfortable, that was the best part. The breakfast in the morning was okay. Would have preferred some good creamer with the coffee.

Pool area only available after 3 pm is not good. I like to swim in morning. I put my foot in pool one afternoon and decided it was not up to my standard.

Clean, quiet and comfortable says it all for a convenient roadside hotel!

This was a nice quiet stay. We've stayed here before on our trips back and forth on the 40. The hotel has always been nice and quiet. I don't think there were a lot of others staying at the place and if their were, they sure were quiet. The breakfast is nothing to write home about, pretty basic motel breakfast.

Nice pool

My son enjoyed the indoor pool. Room was large and comfortable. We used the microwave and refridgerator. Good breakfast. Helpful manager.
