Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Great location. Nice pool and hot tub.

Bathroom showed a lot of wear. Needs updating. Tubs need to have a non-slip surface or provide a bath mat.

Person at check in was extremely rude! We have a medical infant and needed a room down stairs to not have to carry up oxygen machine that weighs A LOT NO ELEVATOR. Check in person could care less!!!!!! Room was ok but bed was stiff and horrible pillows. Never stay here again

Breakfast was ok not many options and breakfast room very warm with no air conditioning.

Rooms need some air freshener as a musty smell.

The breakfast was almost as good as a Holiday Inn Express which was a nice surprise. The pool and hot tub was good as well.

I didn’t like having to pay $10.00 for a rollaway for my brother’s who had 3 in their room. The Holiday Inn Express didn’t charge for it.

The location was close enough to everything we wanted to do in Holbrook. The building is old and well kept. The room was pretty good sized and comfy.

It rained and snowed while we we're there. There was a roof leak in the lobby area, which was unfortunate.. The staff did a great job and kept the floor dry.

Unfortunately stayed in a unit that had a plugged sink. Also the room lightings were too bright with annoying white lights.
