Checkin was quick but the lady working left a lot to be desired. While she said all the correct, professional things, her tone spoke volumes about how she didn’t want to be there. Hotel main areas were nice. Hotel room itself left a lot to be desired. They’ve obviously updated it but whoever they used, def could have cared less about their job. It’s sloppy and just makes the room look awful. Only one nightstand had plugs accessible which was bizarre. When we entered the room, I immediately saw small bits of paper all over the floor of the doorway and bathroom. When I got in bed, I kept smelling a sour laundry smell and finally figured out it was the pillows. The pillows were awful to begin with. Bed was ok. Breakfast was edible, that’s about all I can say. Don’t expect much and do not dare to use the wrong utensils to collect your food or you will be chastised like a child by the woman who sets it up. Sorry lady, I’m exhausted from no sleep in your uncomfortable bed and haven’t had my coffee yet. Why do you need three different utensils for items that are right next to each other?? I caught myself as she was beginning to yell at me. My bad. We checked in at 10pm and were out by 8am.

My reservation was cancelled by the property at approximately 3:00 pm because the card I used to reserve didnt have sufficient funds (I was going to use a different card uppn check in). No one attempted to contact me to ask if there was another card I wanted to use for payment. I was not made aware that they would attempt to charge my card that afternoon as on Hotels.com, it states "pay at the hotel".There were no rooms available when I arrived and had to try and find another room. I did end up with another one on the perimeter of Atlanta but had to park in a business lot down the street as I am driving a 26 foot Penske truck, moving from Arizona to North Carolina. I am SUPER disappointed with the Hampton Inn for this and it will prpbably be a VERY long time before I stay at one again; if ever.

My stay was really nice. I stayed for 5 days. The front desk staff were very pleasant & welcoming. The housekeeping staff were nice & attentive as well. We were given clean towels daily & asked if we needed our room cleaned daily as well. My only critiques for this hotel is I think the microwaves & TVs should be replaced with newer models. Mainly the TVs…they’re flatscreens but they aren’t smart tvs so I couldn’t even cast my streaming apps to watch movies. While the hotel does have Direct TV, everyone watched streaming services nowadays so a smart TV would just make someone’s stay a little better while relaxing in their room. The microwaves are a little outdated as well but not too much..they still serve its purpose. And is def a nice touch bc a lot of hotels dnt have microwaves in the rooms, just fridges. They have both. Other than that..not a bad hotel.

Very clean, good breakfast service. Rooms were spacious. I loved the pool deck. Staff was courteous. Northlake was nice! Hair salon right up the street.

The only issue was there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom vent…..bathroom steamed up and was hot with door closed……but we will stay there again if needed

The property was very nice and clean. The staff was nice and we enjoyed our stay. However, two cars were broken into and robbed in the parking lot the night we stayed. I'm unsure if it's the safest area, but the hotel was nice!

Professional and friendly staff who take a lot of pride in everything they do. Older property however has been upgraded recently with great breakfast area. Breakfast was always fresh with many choices. Clean and very well maintained property. Safe, quiet, and friendly.

My kids were attacked verbally and stalked and followed by a Karen. She verbally assaulted my kids, racially discriminated against them. During the night, we received several calls awakening us. Playing and hanging up on us. I called the front desk. It was terrible. We felt unsafe. She walked behind them and refused to leave the kids alone even after my child told her that she was a child. My daughter heard her at our door and told her to leave them alone.Thank God one of the workers was coming up the elevator and witnessed it. I know I need to contact an attorney because a grand time was ruined. My baby was crossing over into an organization. Instead of making precious memories, we had a nightmare. We need our money back. We need this person banned from hotels. She is gonna mess up and hurt someone with all the hate shown on this day
