The room was okay bed was okay it had a dent on 1 side where you can tell people sit all the time.

Construction was going on I was told I could park by my room then I woke up the next morning with my car roped in, the bed was okay, lady at front desk had a horrible attitude was not familiar with the property every question I had her attitude got worse I didn’t even get a welcome gift or a thank you.

The location

The staff and how they treat people , the exterior of the place, the smell and the carpet looks old and moldy. I had to spray the room before using, the bathtub was dirty and while I was asleep the fire alarm kept on beeping for over an hour then it stopped am not sure what was going on! The toilet was unable to flush because the thing was broke or stuck.

The room was big and clean. Staff was friendly and lots of places to eat with in walking distance.

Our stay was late July 2023 the weather for the most part was hot. I want to get in the pool but it was locked up. The TV service only has a handful of channels and it kept going out and not working during our stay. It is a nice place but we switched hotels because we have a toddler and the TV issue became difficult

I like the room with the balcony. I like the option of getting a room with one or not.

My spouse and I have have come to this specific hotel 6 times. The first 4 interactions with staff was great. The last 2 interactions not so much. I have had 2 interactions with Sharde (the clerk). The first interaction was great. I suppose the reason of her great attitude is due to me making an online reservation. My spouse informed me the clerk had an attitude because he didn't book online. I thought maybe he had said something to give her a bad attitude however the interaction June 11th had me thinking otherwise. We didn't make an online reservation. When we walked up to the front desk she greeted us with her head down at the computer then looking up. She asked for his id. After a few seconds of holding his id she asked if he made a reservation. He said no. She rolled her eyes up to the ceiling and said I told you to make a reservation last time. She began talking about this long line in back of us but there was only one guy standing there but he walked away. It's apparent to me that she is trying to do as less work as possible. She has an attitude because she had to work at work. She may need to go through a customer service class and/or utilize EAP services. Everyone is going through something but personal situations should be left outside of the work building and not placed on paying customers. I told my spouse we have 1 more time to come here and if there is another bad interaction we will find other accommodations. Thank you so much for your time

It’s a really cute property in a peaceful part of Atl. I would gladly stay here again. Good, strong, free wifi all over the property! 😃👍🏾 The pool area was beautiful and quiet but when they open it up this summer, it will probably be a lot more lively. I love the balcony overlooking the garden it was nice but I wish there was a chair or bench on it. The room was very bright, well decorated, and lots of fresh air, with large mirrors, and plugs for devices to charge, and both beds were very comfortable. There’s a flat screen so you can easily connect ur laptop to see Netflix or Disney+ etc. They had brand name toiletries but no lotion so bring your own. Also the lobby shop runs out of essentials fast so be ready to stroll to the neighbourhood stores which are plentiful and close by. I never made it to 6am breakfast but the Waffle House is walking distance and they keep hot Starbucks coffee on in the lobby until around noon, which was a godsend ☕️ 😀 ⛅️ It was under construction during my stay but I was on the other end of the building and didn’t hear a peep. The value for the money was through the roof because I think they had construction discounts. Book now and maybe get a good deal 👍🏾😀

-Wish there was seating provided on my balcony. Only a few balconies had a chair. -I wish breakfast was offered just a bit later in the morning (8am would be perfect). -My tub was so big I probably should have a second shower curtain...lol for real though... -Toothpaste was not available at the front desk. Side note: Atl Airport does NOT take cash at any store any more. Bring a card that works in the US or prepare for thirst and other discomforts.
