We were literally only there to sleep which was great. Didn't use any of the amities whatsoever. A little annoyed that I paid for this with Hotels.com but them they tack on an additional 17.50 as a "resort fee." That needs to be know to everyone.

Room was noisy at night heard all the traffic.
Went to the bar for a few cocktails and were swarmed by fruit flys.

Holiday Inn does not honor request for handicap from Expedia. I’m in a wheelchair and requested handicapped access. Would no honor the request - my wheelchair won’t fit through the bathroom door!! NO mirror was low even to see myself in (put on makeup). And no apologies just

Nice property within distance to many things downtown. Only thing that was disappointing is the charged me a pet fee of $50 I stayed one night and that is ridiculous. Also the bathroom was small but everything else is great

Had two rooms booked, one was ready when we arrived at 3:30. The other one was not. Check in is at 3:00. Got onto our rooms and they smelled awful. There was no usb ports for charging. Probably won’t stay again.

On the plus side: centrally located. And the maids were nice about giving us coffee pod refills. On the down side, there were $15/day amenity charges tacked onto the bill in addition to what we paid Expedia. The hotel is dirty and shabby. Our bathroom sink drain was partly clogged from the first moment of using it. There was visible dirt in the room and in the elevators. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work for our entire stay. The coffee machine in our room worked poorly — and required written instructions taped to the front to operate. The WiFi was spotty. At check out,I told the desk that the ice machine didn’t work and that the sink was plugged and they didn’t seem to care — nor did they offer a partial or complete refund of the amenity fee. I have stayed at worse hotels — but not for the price of Holiday Inn. I would never stay here again.

The windy conditions played a huge part in my sleep. The balcony door had just enough space for the wind to whistle all night...thus, I didn't sleep too well.

Just there for one night. Nice place with good downtown location and good parking. The only negative was that there was a ton of unsupervised kids in pool area, including the hot tub which made it impossible to relax. Also, the water temp in the hot tub should have been warmer.
