The stay was good but I didn't like the room because it didn't have a refrigerator or a coffee maker. It wasn't very clean. I told the front desk person and he was very friendly and told me that when I made the reservation I would put which room I wanted with what facilities, but I would definitely stay again. in this hotel.

The Lucerna hotel charged me double the amount that showed on my booking thru Hotels.com. The hotel took out a deposit for the stay which was fine as I was advised by Hotels.com this would be released up to 5.days after my stay. The hotel then took out another charge for my stay along with the two deposits and I have yet to.see a refund my stay was Oct. 11 check out Oct
13. I've reached out thru this app to get refund and Answers and I get no response!! Today is October 23 and still no refund. This hotel is a fraud and taking guests money from their booking thru anf Hotels might be too as they dont assist you with issues like this after your stay!

I used to stay here in the past, however they've done very little upgrades. The room I was in was disgusting. Raggedy towels, we found two roaches, and they're made forgot towels second day. Probably over 20 times a year on business. Did you not even acknowledge my so-called Gold member status with Expedia. I wasn't offering upgrade, and everything is overpriced. They need to fire the manager or whoever runs this place and start fresh. Breakfast is going downhill too for 20 bucks a plate. I'll be going back to you the Tiquan hotel better.

Very unhappy with the service we got there at 3 o’clock, and our rooms were not available until almost 5 not acceptable..

Kinda noisy from street traffic and AC wouldn’t work properly didnt cool the room. Food was good and pool was fun.

Last minute checkin and for the price of the room it was it worth the stay. I sent a request to get moved through hotels.com and that they will let the hotel know and to wait for an email. The room was a bit outdated floor was dirty no hot water in the shower and tile in the shower was broken. For suppossidly 4 🌟 room was actually a 1 🌟

A/c didn’t work called several times they sent someone to repair it but didn’t work they decided to switch rooms at midnight but our children were asleep it was very inconvenience to our family so we had to sleep in a hot room for 2 nights

This Hotel is over priced for what you get. we first checked in room 211 smelled like urine and the AC was not working. If you pay $20.00 more you can stay at K Towers which is nice and clean . I have stayed their and I loved it. STAY AWAY from LUCERNA

Was experience that i won't forget no body deserves to others, it start one of the electrical outlets not working for air hair dryer, shower drain was pluged , water drain out all over the room, this happened after 9:00 pm we have to evacuate to other room
,for the night around 10 pm the hotel personal came to clean and fixed the issue with drain other than that No offers for the inconvenience of our staying

The room AC was locked at certain temperature (21C) which was a bit warmer than what I like.

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and first review. I Love this hotel and staff! I felt safe, service is top notch, and food was great! I did feel like some areas of the bathtub trim/caulking needed to be redone and the reading light near the bed went out and they were unable to replace the bulb for some reason but overall the room was clean and bed was super comfortable. I will definitely return. Thank you Lecerna for a comfortable stay.

Hotel is great, beds are super comfortable. They have a huge pool. Staff at check-in is great. The only improvement they need to make is to have service at the pool b/c there are no waiters taking food or drink orders. Other that that, I highly recommend it.
