Quiet location. Great Thai restaurant

Was a pleasant stay.

The service and staff were great and spoke English which was convenient traveling from the US. The hotel is under construction so the amenities and directions inside are unclear. The website said there was a pool, but no directions inside on how to get there so we assumed it was unavailable due to construction. The room was nice, but the bathroom was pretty unclean and I actually didn't want to use the shower due to dirty footprints and hair on the tile. We had to also notify the desk upon check out that the window pull/chain was broken when we checked in (the screw was out of the wall and it was hard to us) and the alarm clock AC plug was melted from someone using it so we only used the wall outlet. Neither of these impacted our stay, but it was a little weird to be staying in a newly renovated room with these issues. It probably was the worst cleaned room I've seen in a while (dust, dirt, hair) besides the bed being quite tidy and nice. It was fine for a couple days if you're in a pinch and want a local stay, but you may need to ask for items/help or do a little touch up cleaning yourself.

Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and made the experience that much better. The room was standard and felt clean. However, the bathroom did have a peculiar smell. It persisted even after housekeeping came in, so I'm not sure where it's from. The rest of the room was fine. I would stay here again.

Everything was perfect except no hot water in shower.

I’ve stayed here twice and the first time there was no hot water and this time the towels are dirty but the staff are amazing

Beds very comfortable, but the rest of the room was honestly the worst I have ever seen, weird smell coming from the carp, bathtub very dirty, webs on the ceiling, dirty curtains…

It’s an older place but still good, breakfast could be more varied but ok.

Connectivity to charge electronics was poor in the room, and very few receptacles. The second day we were there the maid service skipped our room. The full breakfast could have been changed up a bit each day, and the in hotel restaurant was exclusively Thai food, which is good, but a restaurant with more variety would have been better.

Nice hotel just a little dated but very clean. They are currently doing renovations to update. Wonderful hot breakfast!! Probably the best free breakfast we’ve had at a hotel.

Check in took 1.5 hours, cleaning guy was at the front desk for after 11 checkin, he had no idea how to use a computer. Normal desk guy was asleep in one of the rooms, or so i could figure out. They finally found him and i checked in, after telling him i was not impressed he basically said too bad. I would never stay at this hotel again.

The room are dated and in need of up-dating

An average stay, nothing that stuck out. Lots of amenities close buy.

Pool was closed, nothing on their website. Hallway walls looked like they were flooded so they made an attempt to slap some boards over them. Toilet was pushed so far back and under a counter, if you were sitting, you HAD to lean way forward. I will say tho, the Thai restaurant was money!!!!

Loved the free breakfast. Glad it wasnt just a continental breakfast. Big surprise seeing that. Iys little things like that that make a difference

We would stay at this location again! Comfortable bed, basic amenities, very clean, and excellent breakfast buffet.

Check-in is very slow. There was only 2 guests in front of me and I wait for 30 minutes. My check-in took more than 10 minutes. I'm not sure why! The concierge found the reservation from Expedia right away and still was very slow to get the keys. Try to arrive early if you have an appointment.
