I was happy to see they had hand sanitizer as soon as you come in an as soon as u get off elevator an was good to know there was many foors an hotel was nearly so bare that I had 2 rooms I rented across from another. An that the staff spoke both French and English.

The halls were dirty stains many on 5th floor rugs an in my room 514 an 515 the garbage I put out my room after ordering out an it was still sitting at my door by 10pm ,I even called front desk to let them know there was garbage to be picked up in hall at 9pm an the pool was dirty an falling apart an room service was none an I had no internet connection had hard time making local calls out so I just used my cellphone my breakfast for 5 people was in a bag I had to go pick up at front desk an it was gross 😝 😳 I took many pictures of the sadness I seen . I also had curtains I couldn't close as they had missing pieces.

When we checked in the staff was very nice and friendly, but the majority after that had no clue what they are doing. Only these two ladies when they were there we got good service. The beds are very comfortable .

The room was not clean, we had a little dog and she kept on finding stuff on the carpet. We asked for more coffee capsules for the coffee machine in the room and the reception guy did not know where to find them. On our floor, the fourth, in front of the elevator was always wet and dirty, and the garbage was left overnight beside the ice machine. The garbage in front of the main entrance was overflowing.

Well located off the highway. Very clean but the place is getting old. Bed was comfy and no doubts about clean batheroom, bed & linen. The staff work hard to keep it clean, you can tell, but their is only so much housecleaning staff can do.

During our stay in August 2021, breakfast was a brown bag with multiple room temp items. Each item was selected from the lowest bidder to the hotel. Only the OJ was palatable. Available Coffee is what’s in the room, a teabag type of coffee drip which offers you a warm bitter cup. Nothing better to wake you up in the morning. In our recent travels, many hotel in Quebec offer much better breakfast solutions during this Covid situation. This is a case of little effort to offer a decent breakfast and save a buck. Bathroom taps leaking all over the sink. Toilets barely make the flush of a simple facial tissue. Shower plumbing vibrates an annoying sound to wake up the whole floor. Carpets have had better years. BTW, no hair dryer in the room either. When we checked in, had to go back to reception to have the electronic key reprogrammed three times and still to no avail. Janitor opened room for us with master key. I’m not going back, will find an alternative for $200 a night.

Location is not bad.

The room was ready only at 6pm! The room was smelly and not very clean. The next day, nobody did any housekeeping. Breakfast is so poor, no staff. They keep complaining that they are out of staff but thats not the problem of the guest. Def does not deserve 3stars. In fact, im surprised that they have a botel licence still. Everything but hotel.
